Ok so how often do you hear a story about a woman who was at a party, club or whatever that involved drinking and and they go home and sleep with a guy only to accuse him of rape or taking advantage of her. And people are always like “oh you poor woman, was a sick f~~~ preying on drunk woman” but why aren’t men able to make the same argument? Presumably the male is also drinking so he could be equally taken advantage of by woman, especially if men and woman really are equal.

I believe that a drinking man shouldn’t be accountable for crimes of sexual nature (unless extreme signs of violence are evident to the woman he went home with). I mean really when your drunk your brain doesn’t think and process things the same way so where is the accountability?

And just to be straight I don’t condone rape or violence to woman, but imagine if a woman served 10 years for taking a grown male home to have sex and he accused her of rape because he was drunk and “taken advantage of”.

Woman’s rule #1 – never assume any responsibility for anything, blame somebody else

That’s why women have hamsters. Something’s got to come up with the fantasy land alibi that absolves her of all accountability and responsibility.

Once again you are better off just getting an escort! I wouldn’t go out there and play this game even if I had a signed contract consenting to sex along with a GoPro camera to verify my story. It’s just not worth it anymore brothers.

I think there is more to it. She subconsciously wants to be taken advantage of. It’s biological. So even if it’s not the case – she wants to pretend that it was. That’s where all this DV and false rape epidemic stems from.

I am also convinced from personal experience that most of these rules women operate under – are genuine and not conscious. Maybe not completely unconscious, but to a large degree. Someone on this board here wrote that women a lot of times don’t make a conscious effort to shift responsibility or to lie and deceive. It happens naturally, because they evolved to do so. This self-deception instinct is essential for maintaining sanity, because admitting to objective reality would create a major cognitive dissonance and threaten her sanity. That’s why it rightfully appears sometimes that women actually believe in their own lies. But I guess you’d have to be an experienced criminal psychologist specializing on women in order to claim to know for sure if they’re really able to deceive themselves without realizing so.

It’s amazing how when women are at bars and clubs, they are absolved of any responsibility for their actions because they are drunk. The logic is that they are unable to consent to sex due to their altered mental status. In these situations, why isn’t the club and bartender held responsible as well? If a woman cannot consent to sex due to her being intoxicated, then why can she be allowed to order more alcohol to consume? Shouldn’t the bartender be shutting off people if they have had too much to drink? If she hasn’t been shut off then she’s still capable of consenting to sex. One could argue that the bartender is often one of the few sober people in the establishment and thus the most qualified to make that call.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

I think the ‘he’ could be expanded to include all of society: PATRIARCHY! It is sad that there is no level at which women can be held truly accountable for their actions.

Women don’t get to say “he took advantage of me” again.
