Having a really hard time with idiots

When i was younger people would walk all over me, and i say nothing insulted me and later on i regretted it.

Today i am bigger i changed, and most people are kind of scared when i make my p~~~ of face.

But some challenge me, and that really p~~~es me off let me explain.

I am a cool guy and never refuse to help out, i have lots of knowledge about weight training and diet and life experience.

I will never tell a someone that something is too hard for them, or they cannot achieve and so on.

There is a guy at my job he is tall skinny and really ugly he is 40 looks 55 all wrinkled up and brags all the time and laugh at people. There is this young women at my job that i have a chance with and someone was talking to me about her and he steps in and says don’t get your hopes up she is out of your league… i said i am not like you brag all the time and shut the f~~~ up….

I want this guy to pay for what he does, he smokes pot on the job, everyone hates him and i want justice to be made, i cannot hit him i will lose my job and i try to avoid him as much as i can.

Its hard for me to respect an idiot like that he went bankrupt twice, he banged is best friend wife, he brag all the time about is fat hoe that looks like katy perry hahah yeah right and gets away with everything he does….the only thing he does is play video games and smoke pot at 40y old.

Very strong point here jealousy and competition, it is quit clear now that i got my work cut out for myself and lots to do i need to get this done, leave the wars in the gym with the weights and get into the real world.

I did that but i guess its better to ignore him. I told him he was ugly with is fat katy perry girlfriend and that unlike him i don’t brag all the time.

Its just too funny to see people like him act that way but anyways like i said i need to seriously work on this and fix this.

At 44 i look good hell i got 20 some y old women coming on to me…. if that is not enough to make other people jealous, i train everyday, was able to build a good physique and don’t have that many wrinkles in my face for my age.

This is not bragging its just understanding why people act like they do.

At 44 people been putting me down all my life, gratification, its just seeing what’s there. At 44 i was able with the help of prolotherapy get over a chronic back pain that prevented me from training, now i am back lost so much weight changed my body only to be put down once more.

There is mental work need be done…. reading more, applying what is read…. and so on. And i agree with everything and everyone as said here.

Any good reads you people can point me too so i can prefect this MGTOW art, mabye i do not understand it well? thanks again guys.

I am far from being alpha honest this is my best beta side right here, and i am starting to feel quit dumb too.

Just hit the weights and some HIIT and i feel amazing now thanks to you guys that opened my eyes i need to keep that focus not give a f~~~ about anything i guess.
