I am curious how many of us have written a manifesto regarding our intentions. Do any of you have one? What is written in yours?

    My manifesto:

    I am number 1.
I look out for my own best interests.
I am in a rebuilding period.
May 7, 2020 I will emerge from rebuilding as a new man
    unencumbered by the past.
Talents, skills and creativity will be fully engaged
to the regret of three, and the benefit of many.
I can’t thank my ex wife for cutting me loose
and sending me on a journey of self discovery.
Regrettably my children will not be joining me
in my new life. That is their choice, so be it.

There was once a very outdated “MGTOW Manifesto” which tried to encapsulate the fundamentals of MGTOW into a few bullet points (limited government, instilling masculinity in men etc), and we even published this in the first days the site was open — just to have something online where others left off. It was also on the old/previous mgtow.com site (pre-2014).

But there was big pushback from some veterans in the community and we received comments like “I don’t need a Manifesto!”, so we removed it and rewrote the “about mgtow” statement to something more succinct, and we never heard a single objection again.

Then we were going to do a fun thought-provoking piece on “the MGTOW Ten commandments” to inspire thought in hopes that each would establish his own unwavering set of guidelines, but if not approached carefully, it could come off as being dictatorial, so we shelved it.

There are some good “rules” that I follow and are worth repeating to oneself, such as:

    • Ignore women, acquire money.
    • Don’t speak to feminists / argue with women
    • Ditch any fragment of an approval-seeking mentality.
    • Voting is just giving consent to being governed
    • Regard every insult from a woman as a compliment
    • Have the b~~~~ to let a woman hate you.
( or it doesn’t matter if she “likes” and approves of you or not)
    • IRL, Never tell anyone outside your immediate family what you’re thinking again
( Inspiration from “The Godfather” )
    • Contain your joy until you are alone
    • Look only to yourself for social cues.
    • Contain your aggression until you meet your enemy
    • Contain your words until everyone else has spoken
    • Maintain your own sovereignty above all other things.

    ….. things like that.

Just want to avoid carving them in stone and shoving then into the hands of others, else it’s not “going your own way” by definition. It becomes living by someone else’s “rules”.

Member Ray Bandaku once started a thread “What are your MGTOW Ten Commandments?” which got alot of input , but he phrased it as a question and it worked to inspire thought.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

I have a document on my computer that I call “Meditations”. Whenever I’m in the mood, I write a section like “On marriage” or “On happiness”. Its not exactly like a manifesto but it helps me get my observations and ideas out in written form. When I’m in a bad mood, I can read through it and get a reminder of what I need to be doing.

I have a word document on my desktop, it’s called Master Plan.
I write down everything I want/need to achieve, and cross out everything I already did.

It also contains some motivation quotes and wisdom.
    1. It got a MANtra, that I used to repeat to myself years ago, when I was in bad mood, haven’t repeated it for 2 years no. Honestly, as I consider myself lucky and happy considering the s~~~ that goes around in the world.

Я красив, успешен, здоров и счастлив.

    Translates to:
Im beautiful, successful, healthy and happy.

    2. A quote from mgtow.com I believe, forgot the author.
To be free and happy you must focus on yourself. The world does not care about you…so why care about it? Once you wake up to this fact..then you will find, peace, happiness and love your own life, projects and life really begins. Unpluging from the feminist brainwashing is critical. No f~~~s given. No hate, just disinterest. Not my thing. Not my worry and damn, life is so much better. Not having a wife will save you about $1m over your lifetime and you will just live better. No worries. It just makes sense. Where was mgtow in my youth. You young guys are lucky!

    3. Latin-translated modern phrases.
Regina, heus, minus aestus — Hey princess, less stress.
Nihil moras, saltas – F~~~ it, dance.

Very well put Keymaster. I really don’t have anything to add to that off the top my head. Very nice, it covers just about everything, for me I would only emphasize and deemphasize some of those points, elaborating on a few for personal reasons…

I actually walk around from time to time wearing a T-Shirt with a quote of your first bullet point. I do this when I am feeling a bit on the “I don’t give a s~~~” side days. I get laughs from men, and stink eye from women. Funny thing is, I am not really into money, I just do it for the s~~~s and giggles as it is a very solid bit of advice.

    Yes, I do.

    What is written in yours?

A simple mission statement with clear and actionable goals. I expect it to change and adapt as I continue my journey.

I keep a bullet journal. I am always adding tasks I need to do or tasks to improve myself. Some are actions like meditate, workout, watch a MGTOW video. Others are reminders about behavior. Like what Key Master wrote above. I record quotes and ideas. It is very fluid and it keeps a history of my progression.
I already know what direction I want to move in. I just need to keep reminding myself to act on it every day.
I never write about other people or name names. It could fall into the wrong hands, but more so it is all about me.
If your interested, here is link to original bullet journal method.
