Of course the media will keep posting “marriage makes you happier” and “marriage makes you live longer” hit and run stories.

yea, i have read a few of those studies from my research for my videos, and the flaw in all of them is that they compare married men with divorced raped men (the results are obvious). I don’t believe there are any significant studies that look at married men VS never married men (ignoring divorced men as part of that study).

Even the 18 studies mentioned in my video here were biased as most of them did not include divorced men, in an attempt to make marriage look good. The average reader probably will not notice these biases.

Marriage is a social construct, the differences between the sexes are innate. Unhappiness is built into the institution because of this central conflict.

I liked the little response advice at the end LOL.

    Good vid, thanks for sharing

You say, “marriage is a social contruct”. Really?? If you belive this. So is the the admonition to NOT have sex with children!! You appeal to “social construct” is logically and philosophically, meaningless. All ethical behavior, according to you, is a “social construct”. This, with all due respect is bulls~~~. What is good in God’s eyes is what is important.

Once you appeal to a “social construct” you are appealing to a baseless morality. The murder of six million Jews in the Holocaust was a “social construct”.

Your appeal to a “social construct” is meaningless without a religion/philosophy on which to determine right and wrong.

God and biology determined that Marriage is what He wants. We humans, currently women, have perverted the Will of God.

So by that logic you cannot be a MGTOW because you have sworn off marriage. Right?

It’s not just religion that calls into question the idea of “social constructs”. If evo-psych is to be believed, then many of the things we think of as social constructs are actually evolutionary behaviors that are ingrained like the way men are and women are.

Sex is not a social construct.

Marriage is a social construct. Avoid marriage and live a happy life.

In the video, I make the assumption that marriages last an entire lifetime (which is purposefully an inaccurate assumption). Long story short: the BEST case scenario for marriage is still pretty awful.

As for the worst case scenario?

many of you know all about it.

Even religious fundamentalists can’t legitimately defend civil marriage.

Marriage, NO WAY, not mine at least…
If some poor desperate half men are willing to go for a deal that has only negative outcomes good for them. At least they attract the bad upon them, I can assume the good is coming through not getting married…

My marriage happiness graph line followed that video’s prediction. Almost no squiggles in the line at all.

Of course the media will keep posting “marriage makes you happier” and “marriage makes you live longer” hit and run stories. The moment a man gets married, the system is free to enslave him and take him to the cleaners anytime they like.

Well, how can these “stories” of “marriages is good for men’s health” NOT be defined as false advertising? Aren’t there laws against such things?

Historically marriage was a legal contract that was meant to keep wealth within wealthy family groups.
Men were at the head of the house, men made the important decisions because men take responsibility.
Now romance and rights are all that matters, no need to worry about responsibilities, men can keep those.
It’s hard to be happy at all in such a warped society, but looking at married men, including my predivorced self, I’m quite content, all on my own, thank you very much.

When the war cemeteries are half full of the corpses of dead conscripted women, only then will women have earned the right to speak of equality. Sidecar “A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do.” - Bob Dylan

I believe the research was conducted to make SINGLE LADIES HAPPY! There are lots of them who ‘feels’ without marriage and a beta cuck their life is miserable. As the time goes, more men are waking up to their BS and refusing to tie the leash or ‘knot’…whatever.

If you ask them about specifically men, they might still say “Man up”. Just like the Prager U soyboy cuck did! LOL

THEY NEED MEN BACK IN THE PLANTATION AT ANY COSTS. And they will stop at nothing less.

You are partly correctly imho as in thats not the full picture. Yes feminism has ruined marriage. In a properly functioning society many men would be head of the household in a functioning marriage but not all men are designed for marriage, some are for leadership, some for creativity + innovation, some for the good fight (the warrior class), some as monks, etc
God does not lump all men into the marriage category.

Feminism was funded by bankers/politicians to create more taxpayers. MGTOW IS FREEDOM https://archive.org/details/mgtowisfreedomblurayready

Even a study of married men vs never-married men would be flawed, and for this reason: male income level is strongly correlated with increased marriage rates.

Thus if married men are healthier than never-married men, it simply means that never-married men didn’t have the income necessary to attract women willing to marry. And income is strongly correlated (and likely is causal) to health outcomes.

What would be better is comparing married men to never-married men, but only by groups of men with same income bands.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

HEY, THAT’s FROM MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL!

I am starting to feel like a lot of my videos is just talking about obvious facts about gender relations. I don’t want to be known as “Captain Obvious”. However, stuff like this is only obvious to existing red pill men. I’m sure my channel (Red Pill Wisdom) reaches a fair amount of blue pill men who may choose to be awakened to the inconvenient truths of life.

We must keep hammering out the obvious facts to save as many brothers as possible.

In July of 2018, this honey pot forum was sold out to an unidentified NPC sock puppet and troll organization. Most independent thinkers and writers migrated to other MGTOW forums as a result of the never-ending infighting and deliberate trouble starting caused by members who were given "carte blanche" by the admin to do whatever they want. Before my departure, I only left a few thousand cat pics here to comfort and ridicule the feminist owners who now run this place. Their background agenda is to make MGTOW look like a club of losers the public eye. And during the course of 2019, they actually managed to destroy almost all other MGTOW venues as well. Here is the truth about "theindependentman.org" aka "TIM" which was created as an extended workbench to further divide the community. Then why didn’t Jesus marry that Magdalene whore? Why are priests forbidden to marry?

If you’re correct, then god is a huge f~~~ing hypocrite.

I don’t trust any study showing that men are happy in marriage. Men go into marriage with a commitment for life and a huge financial risk. They also know that having your wife find out that you are not 100% happy with her is a great way to make your life more miserable. There is no good reason for him to honestly consider whether he is happy or not.

At the same time, a single man is told he is not good enough till he gets the approval of a woman. Therefore, he’s likely to say he’s not happy just because society says he shouldn’t be happy.

    Ok. Then do it.
