HR decided that we all need harassment training again today. 95 minute video which essentially is a training video teaching you how to be a predator. This is so ridiculous. Of course, I know now not to grab someone’s ass in a restaurant.

The irony is women love these kinds of training – not because it prevents the 0.5% of psycho predators from doing what they want – but it fuels her delusion that 99.5% of men WOULD want to grab her ass if such training/laws weren’t in place.

Every damn year we have to sit through one of those idiotic videos. One year the video showed that a female showing too much cleavage could be considered harassment. So that kinda’ f~~~ed it up for us because some big titted bitch who used to show quite a bit of cleavage stopped wearing low cut tops as often.

I guess I’m lucky in that I only have to sit through 9 industrial safety training videos and lectures per year (with quizzes on the videos). No harassment re-education meetings yet.

In the end of the month, your paycheck will be the same, someone lost money with people stopping their work to waste with it, and someone will pay for it, and this person is your customer.

So, when someone complain “why this s~~~ is so expensive” anywhere, we all know the answer. People burn money with the leftist agenda and have to compensate for it somewhere else.

Nothing against supporting a cause, but people should be “open” about it. I had training yesterday, and of course, snoozed through it. I work remotely and haven’t been physically in the presence of a coworker in over two years, but somehow I needed to lose an hour of my life on a video conference with some random HR SJW explaining how not to harass the people I never interact with.
