Does anyone here do hand balancing? I’m a barbell strength trainee (squats, deadlifts, press) that wants to diversify his training. If so, can you advise me on effective ways to get into it? I’ve just been learning the elbow lever for now.
My brother used to do it. I can still hear his voice in my head now ….
WRISTS …. protect your fking wrists man.

Yeah, I’ve heard that about it. Thankfully I have strong wrist from heavy barbell training, so it hasn’t proven to be much of a problem yet. Because of the elbow lever, I know I can support my body weight on my hands. My problem so far just seems to be balance.
