Hair Dye?

Hey guys, if you clicked on this, then chances are you’ve thought about it at one time or another, so I’m looking for some opinions. I know it’s strange, but here goes.

I was hit with that gene and started turning grey in my late 20’s. Did it for a while of and on for many years, and then stopped. As of late, I started at it again.

I don’t do it to attract women, or try and portray that I look younger, because I don’t.
I leave quit a bit of grey to give me that distinguished look. So it’s a matter of looking better rather than younger. It does give me a bit of a confidence boost when in business meetings and such or out in the public.

It’s more of the Men’s Warehouse motto “You’re going to love the way you look.” Except, it’s for my head, not my clothes.

Do you guys do this, or am I just being superficial?

Several years ago I bought myself a pair of hair clippers and haven’t looked back.

No more buying hair care products.
No more spending money on getting hair cuts.
About a minute in the shower once a week and I’m good.

Now back to hair day.
Dude, it’s your hair if you wanna dye it then do so.
As for the reasons why you do it, you shouldn’t give a f~~~ what others think.

I say go for electric green. Get matching contacts as well and you should be set.

Seriously though, it’s more of what you want than anything else. If you’re even asking I’d say go for it to at least see for yourself if you like it. Hit it up and see what happens.

Hair clippers and zero hassle these days.

Plenty of grey going on but doesn’t bother me.
As OH says, grey hair is well earned.

If hair dye gives you confidence – go for it.

I use a bit of boot polish every week or two. It’s cheap, Just for Men at the dollar store. Leave a little gray. Must be equal parts vanity and wanting to look good for the job. Either way, it’s because I feel like it and not because I care what women think.

I went very grey in my 20’s and dyed my hair for many years after. When I was 45 I just stopped dying my hair one day. Now my head is white. People say it looks distiguished. I think it makes me look older than guys my age.

Thing is, I don’t give a squat.

But if I felt the urge I would go out and dye my hair again. Why not?
