I noticed the site was down this morning and figure some feminazi conned some guy into hacking the site -because they can’t stand the truth. I just saw the notice that the authorities are investigating, will we be kept updated on the investigation?

STEALTHY MGTOW – I did an intro post a few days ago. The “usual ” story- 2 failed marriages and burn out, and I got tired of being thrown in jail. Both x tried to kill me when I told them I was leaving, the 2nd had a 16 year old son that saved my life, he had to physically stop his mom from killing me with a baseball bat- KO. In ’03 I finally realized that as much as I enjoy sex it just isn’t worth the grief and misery. I have been ghosting for over 4 years- someday I might post the story on that decision. And that’s where I am now, making my own decisions and I have money in my pocket. CHEERS!

Oh we caught one yesterday. And yes, there is more than one. Are you ready for this? This is the kind of weak-ass feminist failure who f~~~ing HATES us. She (and we will call her “she” because she’s a male feminist) thought she was “exploiting” our site by entering an image tag into our search field to display an “I feminism” image on that page. She discovered a note from us when it failed .. and proceeded to convince herself she was “successful”. Then she posts her own failure on Twitter and pretend she’s some kind of “hacker”.

Repeat. Attempted to have the message “I feminism” appear on our search page. But nobody else would ever see it! And when she tries it, she sees this. /?s=img

We told her she’s a better c~~~~~~~~~ than a “hacker”.
Haven’t heard back since.

Well that’s the thing, we don’t really know. We’re off doing other things and working too. But we did post a note saying one hour worth of posts needed to be restored from 11:30 AM yesterday to 12:30PM. We got around to it at 7PM and posted a note.

Before the site came back up we had a black screen with huge MGTOW logo on it and a message from us to feminists saying “This website is for MEN ONLY. You’re not welcome. You’re not invited. Get the message. Go do something productive. CREATE something. Be a worthwhile contribution to humanity. Like men have done since the beginning of time. And don’t come back. – MGTOW.COM”.

While that page was up traffic went ballistic. We almost wanted to keep it there for a couple of days!

So don’t worry. We’re not going anywhere. They accomplished nothing. And yesterday, visitors to our site blew through the ceiling. It was twice as high as our previous record. and during that period, 54 new members joined. The COMPLETE OPPOSITE effect from what was intended.

I’ve been in the infosec field for ~12 years. I started doing tech work – SQL injections & others’ out of the OWASP Top 10, but now work primarily on coordinating those kinds of activities, including prevention/detection/response, for a bank. We’ve got hundreds of IS team members worldwide & i help keep all the efforts organized.

Re: the site – i was asking KM about DDoS protections & WAF services before. I know they’re not free, but suggested he & the team take donations to fund. I know i’d throw in a few bucks for CloudFlare/Akamai style services. Know of any other good ones?

Yeah, this is where it’s at these days. Layer-7 is where most of the exploits are coming from; a lot of that can be avoided by propertly sanitizing inputs, but not trivial to implement that after-the-fact, as an “add on” basically. Then you have to get in to static & dynamic scanning and whatnot.

Not east at all, but you have to start somewhere.
