My workout is ok on Friday night and Sunday morning, because it’s easy thinking that I don’t need to wake the day after or go to work an hour later.

I could never do it even as a younger man! So.. long ago I decided to include my workout within my everyday life! I don’t drive, instead I ride my bike (even though I have a licence) and avoid elevators, escalators or getting rides whenever I could use them. Hats off to you men whom can go to the gym!
You must own a better Crystal ball than II workout in the morning 95% of the time, gets the day off to a good start and I get something accomplished right off the bat. Wake up at 5 am eat breakfast, drink coffee then workout 6-645 then get ready for work.

The earlier the better. Otherwise the day can get away from you.
Mid-day. I’m lucky enough to have a nice gym in walking distance of the office. But in the past i’ve worked out before heading to the office – knowing that i’ve already accomplished more at 8.30am than most people helps with my competitive streak.
What kind of workout do you do – strength training, cardio?
I work out every morning, seven days a week, although I’ll need to taper down to six days at some point. Now that I’m separated, the old ball-and-chain can’t present any hassle about that. I mix cardio and strength training on alternate days. One of the cardio workouts includes stairs at work (I keep a change of clothes there) during the week. Isn’t it nice that we can now concentrate on ourselves for a change?

Should be in the morning to train your body to use stored fat as anergy instead of the food you ate today (or earlier). You also have more energy when you’re hungry or haven’t eaten in a while too.

Just started hitting it in the morning before work.. well late morning since I work nights. Feel accomplished before I even get to work.
Your 20's are for learning, your 30's are for earning.
I go Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays after 10:30 PM to a gym that never closes. I find it easier to get access to the gym equipment than during the day.
