One of the philosophies of MGTOW is to “starve the system by not feeding it”. Thus you are a ghost in the system.
Ghosting takes time and planning. If you are just starting out finding your independence going down the mgtow road, you might want to look up the term “Grey Man”. Its the art of blending in and not being noticeable. Women spend their entire lives SCREAMING for attention. Its the beast they need to feed every f~~~ing minute of the day. Affirmation that their are noticed and matter. Men do not generally speaking crave attention to themselves but often garner attention because of their accomplishments in life.
If you google “grey man” you can find some decent articles on how to blend into society without having to conform.
First thing to consider is to not use the expression “mgtow” in public. If you have to use any term say you are just a bachelor enjoying some quiet time. If hens in the office push for personal info I just change the subject. All in all women behave like children. Easily distracted by fluffing their ego a bit and you can change the conversation to their favorite topic, talking about themselves.
Second, don’t stand out in clothes or appearance. I could strip that last 10lbs of fat off by reducing calories but if you have spent your time training it makes you stand out which attracts attention. Wear earth-tones for clothing. Nothing remarkable but whatever you wear make sure it blends in with the people around you only toned down. If everyone wears a suit, wear one as well. I do recommend a change of clothes in your car or better yet in your workplace stored in a bag, in case you need to change your appearance.
Why? Well lets say you are in a city and anarchists are paroling the streets. Happens now-a-days. You want to pop out on the street in your suit? Good way to attract attention. Change into common clothes.
Third, don’t brag about anything. Women especially make mental notes to use anything you say against you in the future. Its their skill. Its how they manipulate to win arguments or provoke people.
Finally, The gray man is the person who moves around the periphery of our awareness without creating any stimulus. This makes that person invisible for all practical purposes. Being invisible will greatly reduce the risk of falling prey to the two legged predators who will make life so “interesting” when this thin veneer of society peels away and reveals the pure ugly evil that lies underneath.
Once you are at the Grey Man stage you can concentrate on not feeding this corrupt gynocentric beast that western civilization has degenerated into.
