This has reignited an under lying issue. The Canadian hate speech law is to broad to the point it unjustifiably impinges on free speech. This case is a prime example. No threats were made and no defamation occurred (admitted by the claimant.) Yet she did just that to the so called perp. Whats just as bad is Elliot has been punished for a crime he has yet to be convicted off. He isn’t allowed an internet connection. This is a sickening case and I’m disappointed that a counter claim hasn’t been made.

The disappointed doesn’t stop their however, I’m convinced the mangina Elliot hasn’t made a counter claim because he will never hold a woman accountable. The very statements made by the claimant show her as abusing the system and committing the crime she is trying to pin on Elliot. The gall of this woman!

I’m confident this case won’t end in a conviction but I’m afraid nothing is going to change the law that brought this abortion of justice forward. Leaving all men in Canadian as potential perps to sensitive women.

I think it was Jello Biafra that said “If voting made any difference, it would be illegal.” Here in the US it’s a one party system masked as a two party system.
We keep hoping that the next election will turn things around but it never happens. I’m not a conspiracy nut but it makes sense that the few wealthy elite run the show. I do what I want regardless of who’s in power. It p~~~es off family and friends that I’m so defiant, but they don’t pay my bills.
