Hello men. I am pleased to be a new member here. According to the strict definition, I’m not MGTOW because I’m married but MGTOW definitely informs the way I do things as head of the household. It’s probably the best fit with how I conduct myself outside the home.

I’m most interested in the work/business and health & fitness sections. I also feel some responsibility to chip in with my 2c’s worth of advice for younger men, or for those who find themselves in a difficult spot.
