You can probably get away with this in New Orleans. The premise is misguided and racist, but I think business owners should be able to filter their clientele (usually to their own demise).

Sounds like a place I won’t be eating at. I’d say there would be lawsuits in the future, but perhaps the loss of revenue will be enough. You can’t run a business that only gets customers on the 1st and 15th of every month.

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. Absolutely right Tower, there are scores of lawyers per every person who feels abused, discriminated upon or just not liked.

So he is saying a high number of white customers (who probably didn’t now what they are walking into) are willing to pay extra because of the social pressure.
