Oh … look. GQ says that classic literature is sexist.

Perhaps we should do the exact opposite of what GQ says. Let’s read all the books that we have been told not to read … and then maybe read Fahrenheit 451.

These books are not appealing to the female/feminist/communist hamster agenda.

Because of this, men MUST read these!

In July of 2018, this honey pot forum was sold out to an unidentified NPC sock puppet and troll organization. Most independent thinkers and writers migrated to other MGTOW forums as a result of the never-ending infighting and deliberate trouble starting caused by members who were given "carte blanche" by the admin to do whatever they want. Before my departure, I only left a few thousand cat pics here to comfort and ridicule the feminist owners who now run this place. Their background agenda is to make MGTOW look like a club of losers the public eye. And during the course of 2019, they actually managed to destroy almost all other MGTOW venues as well. Here is the truth about "theindependentman.org" aka "TIM" which was created as an extended workbench to further divide the community. I can’t see GQ’s readership actually reading anything beyond a magazine anyway. I see them all as working class men (and some unemployed men) who are trying to be something they aren’t.

Notice basically every alternate suggestion is by a woman, about a woman, or both. Agenda much?

I’ve seen bashing of the Bible, Tolkien, and Twain many times, but Catch 22? You honestly have to be stupid. There is no legitimate criticism of that book I can think of. It’s insanely clever and completely addicting to read.

The erroneously titled publication called GQ, shortened from The Gentlemen Quarterly due to literacy issues, is not directed nor intended for gentlemen at all.
One does not have to be a metrosexual/a-sexual/pan-sexual/alien, body/facial hair sculpting, consumerism driven, weak wristed, insecure, liberally educated, left wing reprobate to be a gentleman. In fact one must be quite the opposite to be able to employ “gentlemanly” attributes with honesty and integrity.
I confess to reading an issue or two when I was a knuckle dragging, semi-literate, unwashed, war mongering troglodyte. This magazine is about appealing to women, not about being a man, much less a Gentleman.
I have learned quite a bit in my life, without the rather asinine commentary of this publication, and actually no longer drag my knuckles as I skitter my troglodyte ass through society.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

The alternatives don’t even make sense. So instead of reading “Life” by Keith Richards I read about an expedition to the arctic?

Instead of Huck Finn which is about a boy having an adventure I read about a slave? Just because Huck Finn has a slave in it, doesn’t mean it is about slavery. They also accuse Mark Twain of being a racist, as someone who has read Huck and Tom Sawyer the opposite is true.

I don’t know if my favorite author, Wilbur Smith, is on GQ’s list of so-called sexist literature but I thought I’d share an interesting story.
I belonged to another forum and I wanted to share my love of Wilbur Smith’s writings. So, I started a thread on what I consider to be Mr. Smith’s finest novel, “River God”.
The novel takes place in ancient Egypt circa 1650 B.C.
Well, I imagined, naively, that a pleasant discussion would follow. How wrong I was. I got ripped up one side and down the other by feminists on that forum. They called his writings “Horribly, disgustingly, macho and sexist.” etc etc.

For awhile I tried to defend Mr. Smith’s writings but as you might have guessed it was a lost cause. Anything and everything that does not fit neatly into the feminist agenda must be suppressed, usually viciously.

GQ Magazine and the various “lads mags” are basically pussy-chasing magazines; so they will naturally dis-like proper manly stuff. Those magazine are full of a load of bull-s~~~ about how to make yourself more appealing to women and pictures of top-less good-looking girls (invariably with big t~~~) who are after a wealthy Chad-style bloke (who are out of the league of the vast majority of the readers of those magazines); it is all just a f~~~ing waste of money/time. In my early Blue Pill days, I used to read the GQ/Loaded/Nuts magazines and look at the Page 3 Girl in The Sun news-paper (which the Feminists got taken out of The Sun news-paper eventually, then they wondered why their daily sales plummeted!), but I eventualy concluded it was just a waste of my energy/money/time, since I was never going to ‘get’ a girl-friend like that, in real life. All forms of pussy-chasing any pussy-worship are basically just a waste of your life.

I re-watched Fight Club yesterday after seeing all of the ads for what passes for movies and entertainment.
It renewed my sense of what it means to go your own way as a man.

Are there any arguments against Fight Club as an example of, or inspiration for going your own way?
This is definitely Calvin and Hobbs, all grown up.
