One of my jobs is an overnight position hauling freight for a retail place. The work load keeps me busy and I just got a 50-cent raise after working there only 7 weeks, which is literally unheard of for anyone who has worked in Retail.

Main problem: My super-awesome, kick-ass boss(who also had MGTOW leanings because he’s told me that women are bats~~~ crazy and no longer worth his time)had just quit his job to partner up with his dad for their family business. His replacement is a woman who is clearly inexperienced with hauling freight. My night-shift manager is also a woman, and once more, so is the store manager.

It’s tough walking on eggshells here. It’s like being on thin ice with heated skates. I’m aware of the risks if I happen to do or say anything “offensive” around these women, but I’d like a heads-up on any further advice you can give me because the mere thought of it is just stressing me out, even though it’s only 25 hours a week and not 50.

My other job is in construction, which is male-dominated, and I rarely see women workers. So at least I have all my ducks in a row at that place. But this job is giving me the most concern.

The way I observe any female in a workplace environment now is with a lot of caution.

They are loose cannons out to prove a point about being independent/resourceful/hardworking/successful. You challenge that or question her authority you are in trouble. They have been brainwashed to think they are all it and they view the workplace like an episode of the apprentice. Don’t get me wrong women are perfectly capable of working to the same standard as men but the only problem is in my view it is a loaded gun waiting to go off in the next poor man’s face that dare cross her path.

My advice to you is what I would do and that is limit as much contact you have with any female in the workplace to a bare minimum and avoid confrontation. The other option is what you are already doing working in construction, picking a job with virtually no female input.

    rant over 🙂

Got stuck on a day shift with with two women who just fed off of each other.  All they talked about was who was hot, who was not, and how big their c~~~s were.  I’m not going into too much detail of what all they did and didn’t do at work.  I just kept myself busy.  I kept myself away from them and and busy.  The days went be quickly and I could get off of work and do what I wanted.

I my line of work you have to have someone on your “team” as a mail clerk.  Someone to go get mail.  I did it once in Afghanistan, and it wasn’t that big of a deal.  These two women decided they would do that job.  I didn’t have a problem with it.  I like building computers.  It’s what makes me happy.  So I started ordering parts.  Nothing heavier than what we are required to handle with day to day work.  I was informed, “You better not order so much stuff.  Especially heavy stuff.  We’ll just leave it at the Post Office and they’ll send it back.”

I just smiled and ordered my Power Supplies.  I even ordered three back ups.  Unfortunately I didn’t need to buy anymore cases, or I would have made sure I would have bought Super Towers.

My other male coworker was an older male employee who was also the site lead at the time.  He saw me sweeping the pad outside in 120* F weather after coming back from a meeting.  He told me it would be faster to use the blower.  I informed him the faster I would get the done the faster I would have nothing to do and have to sit inside.  He went into the office.  Five minutes later he came out and said, “Follow me.”  We went over to our smoke shack where I smoked cigs and he enjoys his cigars.  He sat down, lit up, and said, “They were talking about the size of another man’s penis in there.”  I smiled, lit up, and sat down and we talked philosophy and our past military experiences.

    It was a good day.

Don't stick your dick into anyone you aren't willing to put up with for eighteen years and nine months.

Well, so far, my new boss isn’t any trouble. She tends to sing a lot, and her voice isn’t half-bad. I keep my distance from her and use extreme caution. When she asks me to do something, I’m either like, “You bet” or “Actually, I’m already finished/doing it” on a project. She then responds with a big smile and a “Thanks, you’re awesome!” When I clocked out to go home on Saturday morning, she ran up to me and said as a reminder that the next time I clock in(Wednesday night), there’s going to be a big company barbecue for the night shift as some big celebration for the store being accident-free for 400 days.

So far, so good. But I’m not going to lower my defenses.

    Thanks, Hollowmile!

One of my coworkers said it the best. We were working together last Thursday and one of the other coworkers comes up and asks him, “So what do you think of the new boss?”

He responded with a smile, “I’m trying not to.”

Yeah, some of us should just forget about the work politics and just focus instead on the paycheck we came for instead of who is the new boss. Makes for a lot less stress.

Just see the bugs and the benefits you will get, in particular when you are doing a Job which fullfills not at least 60% of one of your  Passions.
Every work below this 60% is just about the Money. It should not be this way, but sometimes you have to go through it to get a better deal.

Sun is not shining every day, and if it is not shining,  CARPE NOCTEM, but the light at the end of the tunnel should always be visible.

    CHEERS!!!

An aged single c~~~ in my work area likes to wear low cut blouses to show off her wrinkly cleavage and bleached chest hairs.  One tit looks okay and the other looks like it has spent some time with the Patriots ball boy.  Obviously she is way past past prime cut and is closer to jerky.  Her favorite tactic is to lean forward on a pallet and mash up her cleavage.  Then she calls over the single guys to ask them some stupid work question and watches their reaction.  After the guys leave she immediately talks to another woman in the area and tells them how the guys stared at her chest.  She acts disgusted, but she does this over and over several times a day.  The guys who brush her off she calls “creepy” and the ones who come on to her she calls “perverts”.  I hope she manages to work until both her t~~~ are hanging like knee socks.  At some point she will realize that no guy wants to plow in ‘cactus land’ and she will have to take whatever POS that she can get.  I can’t wait for the day.
