    I just made a move on my journey to wellness. I got an upper denture and it was the most expensive of the lot because it looked the most natural. It will be about 6k when all is said and done. I will get the lower denture when Insurance flips over at the beginning of the year. It is going to have the post’s to keep them from slipping…. a real drag without it. The soreness is going away but I find I really like having teeth.

    Now it’s just time to get the rest of the weight off and lift weights. 25lbs so far on Atkins.
