Anonymous3I posted on a different thread a video I like by Gordon Ramsay, and I thought it might be interesting to start a thread about him.
First, I must acknowledge that the man is a Galaxy Class C~~~. He is a horrible, horrible man. But that’s why he is famous. He is a reflection of mainstream culture.
However, there are some lessons we can learn from him – some of which are counter-intuitive for a committed MGTOW. I would encourage younger members on here in particular to look carefully at Ramsay’s life and career. Putting aside the very obvious abhorrent aspects of the man’s personality, there are a lot of positive lessons to be gleaned.
In no particular order:
- 1. Marry strategically
If you must marry, then marry a NAWALT. Yes, yes, I know there are no NAWALTs, but when we say that on here, we don’t mean it literally. There ARE NAWALTs, it’s just that they are very few and far-between. Ramsay’s wife is as naïf as a woman can get.
What Ramsay has done is engineer his own NAWALT. He’s smart about women, probably intuitively. He switched the balance of the marriage bargain in his favour and married strategically – he married into money. His wife’s father is rich and connected and bankrolled his first restaurant.
- 2. Work hard and obsessively at something dirty/boring/unglamorous/difficult
What Stealthy refers to as Monk Mode. Ramsay had worked for around 14 years in high-pressure kitchens before he became publicly known.
- 3. Work for the best
Ramsay found the best in the business and worked for them – he worked in the Roux kitchens in France and for Marco Pierre White in London.
Anonymous3Here’s Gordon Ramsay in C~~~ Mode:
The guy can cook.
Sorry, but I really feel AWALT.
You marry at great risk. .wealthy in laws or not. If his wife decided to divorce him he’d still be left with only one nut in his sack.
For every Gordon Ramsey there are a thousand broken men.
His hard work is admirable though. .- AuthorPosts
