I have to play devil’s advocate here and say that the guy who wrote the memo – although correct in what he said – was a class A f~~~ing retard for sending it to everyone.

WTF did he expect? Is the Tech Geek living in a isolated bubble room some where or is he just that f~~~ing ignorant of the toxic PC culture that has infected business?

He expected controversy with two outcomes:
1-the advancement of his ideas.
2-the advancement of his career.

His position is now widespread and discussed worldwide. He is know as a victim and an activist, he has already a job offer at wikileaks.

And surprisingly, he was actually defending MGTOW concepts, that biology (and not patriarchal privileges) are responsible for the ratio of female/male employees in tech companies. I love it when large corporations f~~~ themselves like this. The creativity and luck that it takes to get a company to the size of Google ends when they have to start hiring shills to fill the billets that come along with having a corporate structure like that. The guy complained anonymously to management about them hiring by quotas instead of by merit. This in itself is not a wrong thing to do. In fact he is 100% right. Any company that starts hiring based on what feminists and SJWs dictate is committing corporate suicide.

He was naive to think management would listen. Looks like SJWs have already infested management (they have a vice president of diversity for f~~~s sake) and we all know they “listen” to your opinion only if its the same as theirs.

The best way to get fired is to be a whistle blower. Heed my advice and ghost as much as you can. I was once a whistle blower and I never regretted anything more than that decision.
