Could you tell us, briefly here, man to men, why you cheat? I’m sure your book is advisable and I’d like to read your story as soon as I deem it of import in my present condition but not being myself a “cheater” I’m just curious as to the reason. I do realise that the answer might lie weaved within the pages of the book and that the conclusion reveals the why yet I cannot let your thread go without begging an answer here, as an MGTOW.com exclusive.

They’re both good and bad, with most of the bad being written by women. Both the good and bad reviews are informative as to the content. I found it telling that the “case studies” in the book are fictional. While they’re supposedly based on the experiences of real men, they’re still fictional accounts complete with cardboard cut-out heroes and villainous straw men. Or more accurately in Patten’s book, straw women.

A few seconds googling will also provide you with a Scribd link where you can read most of the book. Believe me, it’s writing as badly as even the good reviews make it out to be. There’s a great difference between writing and typing, which is something most self-published ‘authors” never quite understand.

Patten “published” the book back in early 2014 and now late in 2015 he’s here shilling for it. I guess sales have been slow. At the link he’s provided, you sign up for the chance to win one of 5 copies and well over 150 trusting souls have already parted with their personal information for that chance. When he’s not spamming here, Patten is a roller derby historian, roller derby “athlete”, roller derby team owner, and, most importantly, the PR flack for said team.

You should follow all the links and check things out for yourself. You should also remember that Patten is here to sell you something.

@oldbill Thanks for your perspective on it. I too am not so fond of fictional stories when it comes to such a subject matter. I’d been more interested if it had been a real personal story. Cheating is an issue for both genders and illustrating that with fictional characters makes the book a dud, in my opinion. But still, I will give it a shot and hope to be surprised instead.
As far as sell you something, that doesn’t shock me. We’re constantly bombarded by advertisement and I only buy when I decide. I also support independents and entrepreneurs, small mom and pop shops and the boy selling juices and fruits on street corners because I believe everyone’s got the right to eat, more so when they’re working doing the best they can with what they got.

Why cant someone write/sell a book? He isnt trying to take over or control MGTOW like avfm’s book was.
