I’d like to give you some Biblical signposts to help you on this road.

When I think of comparing myself with others. Philippians 4:11,12 Get’s me out of that waste of time.

When I convey the Gospel in a short burst. 1 Timothy 3:16. It has the main point of the Gospel in one verse.

When inevitable troubles come my way. And the rubber meets the road. 1 Peter 1:6,7. That the substance of my character and actions, have incalculable value to God. Irrespective of other people’s temporary observation.

When God seems far away, and unknowable. I read the Gospel accounts of Jesus. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. His heart and will for his created mankind comes into focus. God doesn’t seem so far away then.

Again, God speed brother.

Jesus was the only man on Earth who laid it all out….told the truth, shamed the devil’s servants, chased the bankers, and they killed him for it.

But by killing him they made him into OBI wan Kinobi…always there to help guide us back into righteousness and to clean us up and dust us down when we stumble and fall.

I know the next world is real and I know my true nature.

Just glad I found Jesus to ensure that I have nothing to fear in the transition from this dimension to the next.

I went on a similar search years ago looking for answers for the same questions you raised.

I studied scriptures for 3-4 hours/day for years.

Wisdom is a code word for agape love (wisdom is a
a “tree of life” to those that find her). Wisdom is not found in the land of the living. Job says “death and destruction have heard the fame thereof”. Your search will forever change you.

A few words of advice: first, stay away from commentaries and churches. Do your own research. I wrote two books about my search for answers, but never published them.

The one book which mirrors what I personally went through is a book called “Dark Light” by Stewart Best. Online you can find a free link to the book.

The book I wrote and my experiences were very close to those of Mr. Best.
