My question is , for someone who is in there 20s does it make much sense to try vary hard , as someone that is going there own way I dont need expensive things at all and can get by on the cheap and almost all the jobs around are min wage part time. With asshole bosses being out there and if you land a job with one thats abusive you have to deal with it because welfare will not give you any money if you quit, it seems like welfare might be a good deal for going galt , maybe work on self employment wale on welfare ?

I just feel like if our country keeps awarding lazyness and taxing work why work ?? especially when your a single guy ?

I’m 22. In school for dual bachelors in engineering. Have my own in home tutoring business. Also help my parents with the family business. I do my best everyday to do things that are stimulating and give me experience doing different things. As a single man on your twenties invest into things that will broaden your knowledge and set you up for a brighter future. You don’t need to be a millionaire at 25 but you also don’t want to be another deadbeat guy playing video games. Have a plan and goal for yourself.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

I’m 24 so my advice may be pertinent. Try to get ahead any way you can. Buy a house, even if it’s a piece of s~~~. At least you own it. You can save up and buy a better one faster because you’re living rent free. I can’t say much about working for someone else as I’ve always owned my own business, but I’ve heard that it can be quite a bitch. That’s why I always knew it I could never do it. Giving everything of myself in exchange for peanuts while I enrich some other asshole is NOT the way I want to spend my life. Try to make it on your own if you can. Start your own business, even if it’s just mowing lawns and doing landscaping. Anything you can. It’s better to have your own freedom and future in your hands than to sacrifice everything for someone else. That’s what I’ve always believed.

Consider jobs that do not involve rotting in college for four years: http://www.artofmanliness.com/2014/11/24/reviving-blue-collar-work-5-benefits-of-working-in-the-skilled-trades/

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Find something you are good at, enjoy and embrace it and by doing so your life will find purpose. Living of the welfare system is just slavery in another form, besides someone, somewhere is working to pay for that welfare. If you are too sick, too old, or too young to work the security blanket is there, otherwise not ( just my opinion).

"what a waste of a life, to marry, give up your freedom, just for the hope of not dying alone. Don't get married Son."
