There was a survey a while back that said most people male and female prefer a male boss to a female one. The most popular type of male boss was a man in his 40’s or older, balding, chubby and father like, a man who is supportive, calm but strong when needed.

Women tend to go over the top when in management positions, they have an inferiority complex and feel they have to go crazy angry to be taken seriously which of course makes people take them less seriously.
