    What’s going on fellas?

As my handle here says, my name is Rob, and for about 9 years, I’ve been emancipated. Free, if you will. I’m 29, married 4 years and the father of 2 little boys (I know guys, gimme a break, lol) and have definitely seen the light. I’ve got tons of wisdom in terms of being a past mangina, friggin’ White Knight and a d***stand (Check out the Red Pill Story ;)) My goal here is 1. To inform, through my past experiences, the younger generation of MGTOW. 2. Meet with other married MGTOW and learn from them, and 3. Network with Entrepreneurs and businessmen here to go over how to combat workplace misandry/double standards.

I’ve been an assimilated and conformed corporate professional for 8 years now and I want to put forth the same effort to begin a business of my own. I hope to not only network via this forum, but perhaps attend workshops and events the creators of this site may organize.

    Thank you gents,

    Rob

    Hey Rob! Terrific.

#3 Become a businessman and don’t f~~~ing hire women. A penny saved is a woman fired. Don’t speak to them at work if you are currently working with women. Let them think you’re gay and your sons are adopted – or whatever works. I was working for a while within a matriarchy and just LOVED pretending they didn’t exist. Good morning. Good evening. That’s it. If they started on personal questions, I would look stone-faced at them and segue to a totally work related topic as if I didn’t hear a single word she said.

THEY: “So, what did you do this weekend?!”

ME: “Gosh look at the time. I’m late for a meeting….. ” – or – “The printer is out of ink again…. ”

It was like a hive with a queen bee. Every single one of the unproductive and totally useless.

    I could go on…

But for now, welcome! What kind of business are you in? (If you feel like saying…)

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Fortunately for me, I learn rather quickly. I don’t converse with them much because I’ve been burned so many times doing so. My employers run a business with a consultative-based model while marketing web-based software created in-house. My job involves managing the web content.

The problems for me started when they hired a “Leadership Coach”, who I very quickly analyzed and found to be a woman who essentially creates a matriarchy within businesses run by men in which she is the “motherly” figure that seemingly “empowers” (which is bullsh!t because the partners (all men) actually do have the power she “gives” them) the partners to make decisions. I even noticed her using a kinesthetic approach by being very “touchy-feely” with the President of the company and as I sat there and watched this, I thought to myself, “Wow, this is inappropriate and would constitute sexual harassment if the genders were reversed!”

So, what I have now is an employer who was played, turned into a little b!tch and coerced into creating a three-headed monster within the management field my colleagues and I refer to as The Cerberus. The Cerberus is abusive, lazy, perpetuates rumors and even starts their own rumors. They bring the other ladies into their circle and the moment they act up they turn their backs and shun them and even get them fired while keeping their hands clean.

How it is that my employer, who I really thought was an intelligent man and someone I admired, is so blind to these things?
