It goes like this: for those of you that must communicate with your ex even while applying The No Contact Rule, here’s something to make her think twice when those obligatory and disagreeable mutual email exchanges about the kids must occur. Gived her the Litter Box suffix. So say your ex is called Jane, well you just block her from your usual email and tell her you have a new one that she has to use and create it like this Janeslitterbox@gmail.com

That is actually a good idea. I used to western union my ex her monthly paychecks. They had a secret question that they had to ask….my secret question? ‘Who’s the dirty whore?’
She eventually complained about it and I had to change it up. Still ringers, every time though.

So they will not show up in backups or leak into you address book if you happen to catch a virus.

Imagine the damage if you run a business and your litter box bulls~~~ accidentally goes out to your business partners, co-workers, employers…. Ouch!
