His ownership then needs to be documented as a legal contract signed by both parties, and made public to the world.

I am glad that Ancientwisdom started this thread. Selling virginity may sound like a big event in the west, but it is the common routine in many other places such as the Middle East. However, in the Middle East, virginity is sold within a marriage contract not on a radio show or a website. In all likelihood, the vast majority of western women by the age of 22 will have seen a large amount of penis, even if not in their vaginas. Sex is the only real influence they have in the world they live in, women need men to build/preserve/affect change in their lives. Without the ingenuity and productivity of men, women would be living in caves and have a diet consisting of berries and whatever insects happened to fly into their mouths.

As you rightly say, an intact hymen is in to way indicative of sexual inexperience.
