Now the tards that defended it are saying the ‘haters’ ‘lost’ because the paid hacks are giving it positive reviews.

Fuck this planet.

Ummm,,, yes!
Ghostbusters toys aren’t even selling

That Mongaloid Gilbert toy, though. Who looked at that – I mean seriously, who looked at THAT – and said, “Yeah, that’s fine. Put that out.”

Once they get to 99% off, I’ll buy some for skeet practice.
That would be awesome. I wouldn’t mind using some of them in a batting cage myself.

After that, it would go underneath my bookcase to keep the thing stable. But I don’t even know if my furniture deserves that.

I’ll be interested in seeing how it does at the box office. We can now tell what the movie is all about without having to waste our money on it. Way too many people describing it exactly as how the previews looked: like s~~~. Crappy CGI, bigoted male bashing interleaved between “you go girl” scenes, etc….
I wouldn’t be surprised if they get the media to lie about the box office numbers too.

Jesus.
How much did Sony pay those hack ‘journalists’.
How many of them were threatened to be fired?
Media types generally have a liberal bias, or at least want what they do to matter in the big picture, so they are prone to agendas. Produce something that follows the cliches, and my the numbers, and I guess placeholder enough, and they may rally behind it. It isn’t a case of being fired, but being hired that meet standards.
"I am my own thang. Any questions?" - Davis S Pumpkins.
So this film is exactly like we thought it would be, a complete man hating, “You go girl!” turkey. Obviously they only have Chris Hemsworth in it as a bit of eye candy to ensure that women want to go see it.
I think the fact that they kill the final baddie by shooting him in the nuts tells me everything I need to know about this film. With Mad Max and now this, it just goes to show that feminists have now ruined the film industry along with everything else they f~~~ed up.
I think women will pretend to like this film and try and shame men into seeing it too.
For women, everything eventually boils down to Alpha Fucks, Beta Bucks.
I said in another thread that no matter how badly this film fails they will still call it a success. Because they cannot afford to admit the truth. We’re already seeing the start of that.
So, why does this film have a 74% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 62 on Metacritic? Why are sites like AMP and The Guardian praising this film?
Because professional reviewers work in a media environment where accusations of “sexism” and “misogyny” are career killers whether they are true or not. Sony has threated to blacklist reviewers for “sexism” from future pre-screenings of other films and that’s a death sentence for professional reviewers who don’t have a large enough name for themselves to shrug it off. To see what’s going on here you have to ignore the number of stars and read the written reviews. They are very telling. Not one honest review has actually said this is a good movie. None of them have said it lives up to the original. I see euphemisms and apologetics for how bad it is, and then they give it 3 or 4 stars anyways just to appease the SJW crowd.
What matters are the box office numbers, but I don’t have much faith in the accuracy there either. However time will tell. I expect to see a large initial rush inflated showing followed by the film dropping off the edge of the earth almost immediately. Expect to see this film in the $2 DVD bin at your local supermarket very soon.
Sony lost me with the the first trailer when a Ghostbuster stage-dived and nobody broke her fall. She said something like ‘I don’t know if it’s a black thing or a woman thing, but I’m really p~~~ed’. I instantly thought, ‘Ahhhh, it’s a land-whale thing!’. Sorry Sony, you lost most of your male audience right there with your SJW bulls~~~.

Even if the movie was any good, women in general don’t want to see action movies even if the lead roles are played by women. How many female lead action movies has done very well at all. Generally, any move with a strong female role in it is usually done with strong male leads. When women are cast in a strong lead it is in support of a strong male lead or has a strong male lead as well. I don’t believe that that women could actually be a strong lead in much of anything. That is why that type of movie flops with me anyway. The few that do are rare and far apart. You had Margaret Thatcher as Prime minister of the UK and Haile Berry in Catwoman. While there was no strong male lead in Catwoman it was, however, a spinoff of a series with a strong male lead. Margaret Thatcher sent strong men off to war. Frankly, this Ghostbusters was doomed to failure.
Women's brains and vagina have one thing in common. There is nothing in there until a man puts something in there.

Bingo. I caught that too. They f~~~ed it up right there. Pushing their sexist/ racist victimhood SJW agenda. It’s not a black thing – OR – a woman thing. She’s just a loud annoying and violent bitch as revealed in BOTH trailers.
Oprah. Beyonce. Tyra. Halle Berry. Even f~~~ing “Precious” won an Oscar, and M’Onique showed up with unshaved legs so nobody gets to pretend it’s “a black thing” – OR “a woman thing” – when someone doesn’t catch an ill-tempered bitch when she falls.
Black women are not disadvantaged because they are black – or women. Oprah is living proof of that. People don’t dislike her character because she’s a black female. They dislike her because she’s simply not likable.

Does the white woman get to say “I don’t know if it’s a white thing or a woman thing” after she smacks the living s~~~ out of her? She could’t possibly be any more repugnant. If anything, she gives black women a bad name.
And that’s supposed to be the “funny” PUNCHLINE to make you want to see it?? Please. Of all the possible ways they could have made an audience want to see it, that has got to be the WORST. It’s no wonder it’s the worst youtube trailer of all time.

Well just like the latest Star Wars movie I had no intention of expressing my opinion but here I am.
Again. I feel like kicking myself but I’m not double jointed. So the Blockbuster movie toys are not selling even at discounted prices ?
I’m so f~~~ing sad, but on a brighter side I’m happy to see that the investors b~~~~ are being Blockbusted by misogynists well and truly.Zero Tolerance
I’ll be honest. There’s a good chance that I’ll be seeing this in the theaters. Not because I want to, but because my kids want to see it. Yes, I’ll be giving them my money, but it will also be a teaching moment, as it’s bound to spark some conversation.
My kids like the original movie a lot and will be hoping for more of the same. Pretty sure they will like the special effects and want to say that it was good, because that’s what they believe they’re supposed to say.
This movie will fail because no body wants to be like these woman. They won’t find redeeming qualities. The original ghostbusters succeed because it was funny, and because you wanted to be like the characters.
What I find somewhat ironic is part of the reason the movie will fail isn’t really because of sexism, but because there is another female character in a movie coming up that is stealing all the buzz. That’s Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad.
Ok. Then do it.
Jesus.

I know. Been on the Earth a few years.
Yes, asking if people was a stupid question. I should know better:

Is it me, or did Rotten Tomatoes delete the audience reviews of those who managed to see the film beforehand?
I’m on mobile right now, so it may not be true, but I don’t know.

Is it me, or did Rotten Tomatoes delete the audience reviews of those who managed to see the film beforehand?
Is it just me or does every single “positive” review say the exact same thing, often using the same phrases: “I laughed all the way through it.” “Despite the misogynist campaign…” and so on.
It’s like they’ve all been coached on what to say.
And if they “laughed all the way through it”, then why are the online reviewers who say they hated it the only ones laughing during their reviews?
