I’ve noticed myself getting more conservative as I get older. Meaning kind of political as well as in general. When I was younger it was all about “rebelling against the system” and all that, but it’s hard to say that with even a shred of honesty because now I am the system. I pay taxes, go to work, ect. I’ve also grown in some of my opinions on things. I used to humor some more radical ideas and entertain most schools of thought. But now, I see things differently. These bleeding heart SJWs crying over a paper cut, feminazis constantly beating their same drum. It all seems so childish to me. I’m not some hard core conservative, I’m still an atheist, believe in gay marriage and all that, but even then I’m not the petulant little child I was when I was younger. Maybe it’s because I’ve broaden my view of the world and got some experience, I don’t know. Has anybody else noticed this? Is this something that all young adults go through?

I think this is completely normal. If you think and feel the same through out your life then you have not learn or grow at all in my opinion. As we gain life experience and work bs, I find it rather difficult to remain the same. I am only 28 years old. What I was not willing to accept at 20 years old now I can. If a person think the same in their 40 as they do in their 30 they might have a problem.

Winston Churchill had a very accurate quote about this phenomenon.

Just look at the definition of the root word, “Conserve”.
It is one thing to share what you have by choice, than to have the “state” force you to “share”.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

Let’s put it this way. Ever since I have been reading Aaron Clarey’s books the past few months, I turned from a moderate liberal to a moderate conservative. I would like to point out that Aaron Clarey considers himself a Libertarian though, but I find that there is no reason to go that extreme. I also read an autobiography about Henry Ford where he says that hospitals should have the most highest quality of service possible but with the lowest fees possible for them to support themselves without making profit. Some people say that it is a sin for not having everyone have free healthcare, but I personally think that it is only a sin when people make profit off the healthcare system. The Canadian healthcare system is free, but compared to the healthcare system in the U.S., the Canadian healthcare system is sh*t. What I wouldn’t give to have better service in health care, especially when I get old.

When I was young and didn’t know anything I felt as though it was all a s~~~ circus. Now that I am older and know a few things, I KNOW it is all a s~~~ circus. I do not care to have my taxes pay for other people’s crazy. Firstly, I should not be paying for other people’s decisions, children, education, whatever… I have chosen to NOT have kids, why should I pay for yours? But what bothers me most is having a Government continually waging wars that are clearly not in my interest (nor my countries) makes me want to walk away from the system as much as possible and condemn it at every turn. The cherry on top is the fact that we now wage wars proven to be based on lies without congressional approval and nobody is ever punished for doing so. We are literally under the heel of a rogue entity. And the destruction of countries who never attacked us, nor their neighbors, are laid to waste because of dubious reasons at best. And we pay for it all with no end in sight…

I think the national debt at this point works out to somewhere in the ball park of 50-60k per person. It dawned on me one day…we have a progressive tax system and I’m well above average income…so really my share of the national debt is probably 250,000 while other people with 0 liability add to it faster than we can pay it down.

It was that day I decided f~~~ a big house and a fancy car that just increases my tax burden…I’m going to live as cheaply as possible, retire as early as possible, and go enjoy my life in South America or Asia where the cost of living is much lower rather than fall into the consumerist trap just for the right to pay more taxes and waste my life working to support a f~~~ed up system.

Its really rather hopeless at this point to try to “fix it.” Even if our next president gets our country back on track we are still smothered with trillions of dollars in debt and a baby boomer generation that is going to demand we pay for the social security and medicare they promised themselves but didn’t properly fund or manage during their working years. All I can say is if you consider yourself a conservative, make sure you start working on an exit strategy, because you’ll soon be making the transition I did, you’ll be going from conservative to disgusted.

The fact that this country is not sovereign is the real joke. Why do we owe a banking system anything? Banking should be nationalized or not controlled by one entity. This is a government created monopoly. Under a nationalized system profit made from interest from Government created lent money should be used to… FUND THE GOVERNMENT! Instead we have the “Federal” Reserve Ponzi banking scheme and nary an audit in the 103 years of it’s existence… Under a free market system those with money should be competing with others in the money lending business. We have neither of these two systems. Instead we give all of the power to an entity that is NOT part of the Government as proven by the fact that it has never been audited. It is all about control, power, and the creation of wealth without doing anything other than pushing numbers around on a computer. Numbers that our Government has given the Federal Reserve the power to create out of thin air, and then to profit from for eternity. It is the biggest scam of all time.

Disclaimer- I am poor and I hold these views. I believe that tax brackets exist for two reasons. To shear the sheep with the more money because they will complain less than those barely making it. And secondly to use a divide and conquer strategy as evidenced by anger from both sides of our “Two Party” system.

When I turned 18 in 2000, I voted for the first time. Back then, long before I knew the difference between the two parties, I identified myself as an independent. I did vote for mostly Republicans, and very few Democrats as an independent. It wasn’t until the start of the 2008 election in 2007 is when I started to learn the difference between the two parties, and I decided that I’m more a conservative Republican and cannot support the liberal philosophy.

Liberals just want to tax businesses hard, punish them, force people who are lucky to still have a job now to pay for so-called “free college” and “free healthcare and services” while the other side is enjoying a lazy free ride. It’s not fair to force people to pay high taxes for some freeloading bum to enjoy a free ride. I mean what’s it to me if Johnny in Texas wants to go to college, or if Seymour in Florida has a heart attack from poor health choices? Why should I work while struggling with my life and pay for the free college of Johnny and the heart surgery for poor dieting Seymour? No one is paying for me while I’m struggling for work, why should I or anyone have to pay for them? That is why I hate socialism; it’s a form of stealing. It’s stealing money from workers and successful people and giving it to a bunch of lazy freeloaders. Well, if Trump becomes president, say good-bye to your free ride, Millennials, blacks, Mexicans and single mothers and get to work and pave the road for your own lives and destinies!

So yeah, I started as an independent, and leaned more and more conservative as I grew older and learned of the two parties. Now, I am unhappy with Republicans in Washington, but I can’t support what the Dems have to offer.

Race has nothing to do with it. And I doubt Trump will win, and if he does, I am still not sure I expect anything more than a slight change in anything.

I’ve always been rebellious. Now I know who the enemy is and how they f~~~ us financially.

So even though I am conservative, I am a classical liberal/paleo-conservative. The oligarchs hate that.

Im conservative and young but thats mainly because liberals are cancer.

Trying to restrict everything and anything while accepting Syrian Refugees.

Take our guns and let in foreign enemies. The Bernie and Hilary plan.

Being a liberal as a man automatically makes you weak in my mind.

Yeah I’ll say. I started out as a foolish liberal, because that’s what you’re trained at in schools and liberals are really good at manipulating with lies and by alluding to noble ideals they don’t actually believe in.

Waking up to that, generally you move more towards being conservative. As they generally preach people having freedom and being allowed to manage their own affairs. But it turns out that is a lie and they’re seeking to control too.

Then eventually you realize the whole thing is a scam and there are no “good guys” anywhere. That’s why you become MGTOW and just stop caring about all of it. MGTOW applies I think both to women and government.
