    Guys,
Since my ingestion of the red pill, I have focused my attention on my own physical health. While I am no Charles Atlas, i am in pretty good shape for 56 years old. I want to encourage all you guys to build your wealth. By wealth I mean physical wealth, emotional/mental wealth, monetary wealth, and spiritual wealth. Stay focused on the most important thing in your life, YOU! GO MGTOW!!

Good advice. Trying to loose a few pounds myself by cutting out booze and sugar. Also saving money for investment properties.

Awesome Crane Commander. Keep it up. There is an old saying, “The best exercise is the one you will do.” Find something active that you enjoy. Anything that gets the heart rate up.

HELL YEA! Just watch out. You stick out like a sore thumb when you are MGTOW. People notice. So get your ghost on.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

I was listening to a billionaire investor on a talk show once.

The host asked him at the end of the interview what is the best investment to make.

The man said ,” Your health, because without that nothing else matters.”

    Wise words.

    Carnage, your math sucks!!!
    1.82 meters = 6 feet

Anyway communication, real open communication, is not wanted or even required in a relationship. Women cannot handle fully open and honest communication, plus most perceive it as a weakness on the part of a man. All that is required is catering to her whims, and even then nothing is certain. There is no way to be sure of having a successful relationshit with a woman. MGTaoist

According to my recent doctor’s appointment 3 weeks ago, I lost 14 pounds and all my blood test numbers are in range. The only thing I need to work on is my weight (271 pounds). I want to get a summer body by the time it gets to our first 90 degree day. I bought a pair of dumbbells yesterday to help me get my weight down more. When I get them, I’m going to try the following workout:

I follow Scott Herman like a religion, because he’s very knowledgeable in weight loss and fitness and has over 2.1 million subscribers. So I feel he knows what’s he’s talking about.

    iMickey503,

I am just curious. Why get your Ghost on. Is it wrong or unhealthy for our lifestyle to let people know that we are MGTOW? Will attention to our lifestyle have detrimental effects? Just wondering.

    Great post, Tron. Inspirational !

It’s easy to get caught up in life and forgetting the most important thing.

Anyway, I’ll answer for iMickey if he doesn’t mind.

I think he meant when we are healthy and wealthy and not hiding it we become targets for gold digging women and jealous jerks of all kinds.

It’s sometimes best to keep a low profile for our own safety.

My reply reflects my experience so far in life, so you may or may not disagree.
