I very very rarely use my phone, it only gets used when my parents call me

I don’t have a smartphone but when i do get one i will absolutely have to get these apps

Are there any good apps out there for audio recording in the background using your phone mic, that might be another good App to look into and i hope that it exists.

I will have to load my future phone up with a bunch of these apps for peace of mind if nothing else

Good very good idea, also this one- paper trails.
Paper trails are very handy, as judges will side with you when the lies woman spews out is counter to the financial records.
And ZERO contact rule- sometimes even if you have children, Zero contact rule. Children must make up their mind, and will wake up in time. ZERO contact protects you. If you need contact, get witnesses, even police escorts if needed, I have done it.
