Germany about to change rape law

I just read that Germany is planning to change legislature revolving about rape crime. It used to be that to be convicted for a rape crime there needed to be evidence as with pretty much every crime. They want to change it, so that now the subjective perception of the “victim” is the deciding factor:

* the “victim” doesn’t object to the sex, because of perceived fear
* the “victim” doesn’t object to the sex, because it doesn’t realize what is happening because of the surprise
* the “offender” didn’t use any force in context of the sex, but is known to be violent in another context (probably based on what the “victim” says)
* the “victim” wasn’t in a helpless situation but just thought to be in a helpless situation

All these four new cases are supposed to be rape now. From my point of view the law is designed so that any woman can ruin a mans life. She just has to say the word “rape” and there has to be no proof. I call it the “Lex Kachelmann”, a german case in which a vindictive girlfriend tried to frame her famous boyfriend. She “nearly” got her way, she lost the case, but his career was ruined anyways. But i suppose it is not bad enough as it is. With this new law even a surveillance camera in your bedroom won’t help you, because reality doesn’t matter – just what happens in the mind of a f~~~ed up woman.

You know what that reminds me of, dude..? I’ve recently read about a similar sounding new legislation case from Austria, where apparently they are considering that a simple hug can theoretically easily be defined as sexual harassment. If you ask me, I personally no longer care about any resulting so-called demographic factors or whether or not humanity in the very long run might just happen to die out due to less and less procreation, but that’s just me I guess….

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body.
