The title of the topic is misleading.
Im from germany so let me clear this up.

The police didnt get critisized for preventing crimes,
but what they did get critisized for having a intern term for
North African males. This term is “Nafris”, which is just an abbreviation.
Absolutely ridiculous how some politicians have claimed that this is proof of racism by the police.
The goal was probably leading to the discussion that is now taking place in german TV.
The actual discussion is about racial profiling.
While Im a fan of racial profiling, just because of its effectivity, the usual suspects in the MSM say it is not right to descriminate people only because of their looks.

The real news and public discussion about NewYears 2017 in Cologne, should have been that according to police, about 2000 Nafris gathered up in cologne within minutes this year again.
Its even more interesting why 90% of these people that got there at the same time, took the next train and left, when they saw the overwhelming presence of the police.
Why so many Nafris showed up at the same time at the same place, couldnt be figured out, according to the police report.
It looks like there was organizing going on again.
To find out the motivation behind this meeting of 2000 Nafris at the same time at the same place…is not being investigated though.

“On the basis of smartphone chats, we have found out that groups of investigation relevant persons have agreed to meet in Cologne on New Year’s Eve,” Wurm told Focus Online. The meeting had been set for around 10pm local time at the festival area in front of Cologne’s central railway station.

See thats what happened at the railway station when 2000 nafris met at the same time. Police controlled their smartphone and thats why 90% of them left with the next train.
The organizers told them to leave there Id say.

The racial profiling discussion is just to cover this up, so police doesnt get forced to investigate further of WHY they all showed up there at the same place and time and whos is behind it.
And it worked great, didnt it?
