More than likely the disagreement deals with who should be on the democrat ticket in 2020.

Soros already controls most of the voting machines in the U.S., but he is not going to rig the election unless he picks the puppet. The only reasons President Trump won were those rigging the election were arrogant and President Trump has so much real support it was to much to rig in some areas.

It President Trump continues to deliver, there will be hell to pay if the 2020 election is rigged against him.
