I work at a big bank and in my old department we had a double diversity hire for a boss under qualified just hired based on the minority/woman thing.
At first everything seemed ok left everything alone.
The men/women ratio in our group of 13 about 7 men 6 women, promotion comes up and low and behold the senior men get
passed over and c~~~asaurus herd gets promoted which causes 2 of our most senior men leave for other duties. And the replacement are 2 under qualified women. So now the ratio is 5/8.Like anywhere else the guys do the heavy lifting hard complicated stuff and all the women do is ask for help or fuk s~~~ up and the men do the work . Within 4 months or after probation both new hires are preggo and in canada you get 18 months off…… now were down 2 wasted 4 months training these 2 and we missed out on hiring 2 good workers instead we get double preggo leave…… now the department is over worked and 2 than 3 of the men leave so now the ratio is 2/11
thank god I left cause apparently now after all the men left nobody knows how to do the work everyone new or on mat leave even the c~~~asaurus herd is leaving due to to much work…. this is a large bank mind you one department….

Then she said I think there’s to many women now we just argue and fight alot….

Create a consulting company and offer your services to the bank otherwise there is no advantage to working in a place like that. The good workers get stuck in the same place and are never promoted because they are good workers while the crappy female workers keep getting promoted to another department because the boss doesn’t want to deal with them anymore. Eventually as these women are moved from each department every year or so these women eventually quit or get fired by the higher ups because there is no room to promote them to the top any longer without risking senior management positions. This has been going on for years and it is getting much worse.

I’m glad all the men left, no man should stand for that bulls~~~. Any business that promotes “diversity” over competence deserves to die a slow death.
Contrary to popular belief, women DO NOT want our jobs. They do not want to have to do the work we do. What they want is for us to do all the work, and for them to get all the pay, credit, and promotions from our work. That is exactly why that bank is now failing.

I realize what it is, they want to work in A B C department but once they are in it they cherry pick the easiest work than they find a willing pussy beggar mangina to help her with all the hard work and she is working on promotion. As long as the department has majority men you can have a few slackers its fine but when the ratio gets to heavy then the department is dead and the women move own to another department.
All they know how to do well it beg for help.

Paid maternity leave is destroying small businesses in the UK.
It’s common for c~~~s to take a job, wait a few months until they acquire legal rights and then immediately get pregnant.
It’s not just time off for the pregnancy either, they then claim ‘post natal depression’ to get themselves another year off.

F~~~in hell mate thats a serious story probably typical of the state of the working world. I have seen similar types of scenarios.
I worked with a small startup company many years ago and it was going fantastic… then they hired a new female manager and she had no clue what she was doing, would not take input from others or listen to reality and she was a significant factor in more than half of all the heavy lifters and more dynamic staff (including mygoodself) to leave in a 6 to 8 month period. A promising company was left in tatters in part because of a silly woman.
More recently i was working with a major organisation as a consultant and a female mid level manager tried (unsuccessfully) to offload some of her work onto me as she was useless… she stomped around the place in her high heels and loudly spoke about everything like she was an expert but she was far from it…
I was also assigned a female assistant to help me in my projects who was a complete waste of space and who actually slowed me down as she was completely incapable of following basic instruction in a timely manner. The same thing happened in a previous contract in which I was assigned 2 female assistants who were utterly useless.On an another contract with government a female staff member was abusive to other staff members and caused absolute mayhem. The Director told me confidentially that this women had been punted from one government department to another for 20 years causing mayhem wherever she went and they just had to keep moving her around as permanent government staff can rarely be fired… its a job for life. Destructive Madness.
I do not want to work around woman any more in my life. I am interested in alternative work from home options.

I also work at a bank in a student job, and its amazing how its the exact same thing just in a different country. The women get pregnant every opportunity they can, and yes while they are pregnant they are even less productive than normal which is really hard to achieve considering they normally do nothing productive at work and go for 1 hour coffee breaks and sit on their phone browsing instagram and facebook during work hours.

Yes the large HR department at the organisation I worked with was 80% women and most of them doing f~~~ all – the day I went there to sign the contract I spotted them on facebook, on their mobiles… taking 5 times longer to do anything than it should, 11s coffee breaks … useless lazy c~~~s still i suppose you cant blame if they keep getting hired.

Funny, the Double-Diversity hire ended up being a Double-Down for the company.They f~~~ed-up bad, all in order to appease the Social Justice Warriors. We see it all the time at work – women who get a job and just a after a year pull the preggo card. It’s hard to get a good candidate to apply for a 9-month temp position so you usually wind up with s~~~ replacement. When the preggo leave woman returns, she’s sleep-deprived and very unproductive and usually planning for preggo leave 2 and 3 to fleece the company some more before resigning when the leave is all used up (to live off her walking wallet husband). These breeders are an ever litigious mob and are increasingly likely to sue their employer –
