    The most damning statistic from the Committee for Perth’s Filling the Pool report, which also reveals that if rates stay the same, it could take 300 years for there to be an equal number of male and female chief executives.

    =================

    Why are these people insisting we must have an EQUAL NUMBER of male/female CEOs? So does gender equality to them means we must have a 50/50 ratio in every profession? What a silly argument.

    Based on this logic, shall we all aim for an equal number of male and female plumbers, carpenters, soldiers, construction workers, nurses and every other profession in the world? It is just a fact of life that women choose a smaller range of professions than men and shy away from dirty, dangerous and remote jobs. These people who come up with this nonsense seem to pick and choose a small sector and claim there is gender inequality and women are being held back.

    You have to choose corporate CEOs…. We must create a quota system to make you happy. WTF?

    ======================

    “One of the very telling things about the report is that it starts at graduate level. Two people walk out of university with exactly the same degree, one’s a man, one’s a woman, and the woman gets paid 9.4 per cent on average less,” Fulker said.

    “And that’s just totally inequitable. It’s totally unfair.

    ======================

    Not sure how these people got their statistics but if you put a man and a woman with equal qualifications, skills, experience, working hours and working in the same company, I am sure they will be paid equally. Never seen any evidence of women being held back in this way.

    ======================

    Yes, you need the f~~~ing government to sort out your child care issues. I thought you feminists can DIY? Why do you need the government. Take care of your own kids or pay someone to do it.

    ======================

    But women need to recognise the fight for equality is far from over.

    Feminism is not outdated – we need it now more than ever.

    ======================

    Give it up already. You have enough privilege and you are complaining about illogical and skewed statistics.

    I would like to see an equally number of dead men and women.

    Maybe starting from just before the 1st WW. So the culling can start now ☺

    I would like to see an equal number of men having babies.

    Why not? It’s every mans right to have a baby. Governments should do something about this inequality NOW!

    I worked in Western Australia for 4 years and the women there were some of the biggest, ugliest, most brash, sluttiest, entitled whores I have ever had the misfortune to meet.

    House prices are sky high and the married guys have so much debt around their necks that they daren’t stand up to their women. The women know they can file for divorce at a moments notice and leave the guy financially crushed paying for the house and his new place.

    All the younger WA whore types want Champaign C~~~tails bought for them in the bars and so Ozzy guys are leaving in droves. I’m surprised we don’t have more guys from Australia on here actually.

    Men are more likely to work longer hours and ask for a higher wage than women. Single women who don’t have children make more than single men if they have the same job, same hours, education, etc. It can be high as 12%. More men work dangerous job which pays higher because nobody wants to do them. and…….

    WA’s economy is dominated by the mining industry, right? If women want equal pay, why don’t they fly up to the arid Pilbara and break some sweat doing dirty work in the mine? We shouldn’t have to redistribute the wealth in their favour if they’re not going to even try to earn it.

    To the writer of the piece the original article pointed to:

    Feeling guilt over some collective inequality doesn’t obligate me to need what YOU feel you need.  I don’t feel guilt over any income inequality, and don’t have anyone help me deal with what is said to be “ageism”.  My trying to help women gain more power doesn’t help me, as a man, in any way.  Maybe the author can reach for the word “egalitarianism” for a change, because spinning “feminism” as that, when it isn’t, is a lie.

    So, we are supposed to have equality how?  It means women can get men pregnant for a change?  I guess with the Jenners in the world doing what they are doing, it would make sense you want former men to have this, and call it “equality”.  Yes, “equality” to those of gynocentrist/feminism means allowing men to take on the headaches of being a woman (if they want it), and gain all of what they see as power men hold.  It also means men can become more of what women want, when they want it, and also be more “feminine” and hand out with their girlfriends, watch romance movies, and cry over things.  It means they have a right to be more “sensitive” and “caring” and understand their “feelings” more.  In short, it is gynocentrism, and making a world that is completely acceptable and seen as decent for women, and call it “equality” because it means everyone thinks that it is all swell.

    Damn ILive that’s f~~~ing prophetic! Mind if I borrow that line for future use in front of feminists?

    Just imagine..a feminist convention..”Yes I am a feminist and I demand equality. So let the culling begin..” 😀

    Haha..that’s the f~~~ing Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch right there. BOOM! 💣

    Society will collapse if we had a gender quota system. Not enough women will do the work that needs to be done if we allow only half of the jobs to be done by men.

    They don’t seem to get this. They don’t give men credit for all the work we do.
