Looks like its going to be a yes vote.

Interesting to think who gets f~~~ed in the arse by the courts should they divorce? (perhaps a poor choice of words there…)

I’ve often thought about that … not gay marriage …. unless BrainPilot offers … but the divorce and children aspects.

I’ve heard there’s an increase in gay women splitting up and think we will start seeing court results in the near future.

Buy gay men with kids …. initially I thought ‘how the f~~~ will that work out’. Because as all courts know, men are usless.

However, they’re men …. and probably will be amicable & amiable about the whole deal.

I think this is one of those “be careful what you wish for” situations.

Man and man marriage plus an adopted kid – more than likely the men would split without shafting each other and continue to provide and be good dads.

Woman and woman marriage plus an adopted kid – both c~~~s and will make it hell for each other, kid likely to be f~~~ed up.

So far so good…

 

Man and pre op transexual marriage – ouch my brain hurts.

 

Straight man and post op GAY transgender male marriage – ??! I need a lie down in a dark room after thinking about that one.

 

Whatever the variations are it’s a welcome vote in my eyes just to see the courts squirm and get around their default position that all men = bad and all “women” = good.
