Gave a male cashier $5

I wish I had $10 bill, I only had a five on me so I gave this young male cashier $5 as a tip. This store I go to is expensive, the guy at first tells me he can’t take it. I go look it’s only $5. He asked me if I am sure and I said yes and he was giving a big smile. He was smiling before I gave him the tip.

The guy is so polite and works fast, faster than female cashiers. I might give him a $20 tip on Christmas. Maybe some of you guys should try giving a small tip at the grocery store. If you don’t see a male cashier you can give a tip to the male stock person, etc.

It’s amazing that men accept a tip as recognition of their work, which is a reflection of their performance in my opinion.

The electricity went out at my Place a few day ago.

The temperature was 30 degrees outside and the poor guy had to dig up the road to get to the burnt out cable.

My daughter, being brought up well, kept him in water, coffee and samichs.

He worked from 8am until past 10pm when I got home.

He shared dinner with us and went home absolutely shattered and with £30 in his pocket.

When I guy breaks his back for another ….. it’s only fair he is honoured.

Here’s a tip. I keep some dollar bills folded as origami around for tipping purposes. A pal does it and I stole the idea.

Most of my tips go to people that do heavy lifting, ass busting work. Movers, appliance delivery, construction work, etc. Needless to say, 99% are male. Sorry ladies. OK, not really.
