The real question is can you turn yourself off to her? What do I mean by that? Just as today we can not turn off our cell phones or fear that we will miss a call, in the future, I doubt many will be able to turn off their companions in the future.

See that is the catch of any new technology. The Fear of not being connected. We see it today with women and teens. Their phone is strapped to their hands. Overall, its not a bad idea. But what we are failing to see is that we have indeed developed yet another device we can not live without.

A more important question will be who owns that Data? You know it’s going to come up. So we need to be prepared for that.

The difference though is that the human body has a natural off switch. Once you orgasm, you are no longer interested as the practice doesn’t bring the same hormonal payoff anymore. Not until you’re recharged. With a phone and the bombardment of social media, there is no hormonal drop off and thus no natural off.

I’m not saying that it would be completely void of addictive tendencies, as people do have addictions to porn or sex (if you believe it’s an addiction), but I don’t know how a bot would be any worse, unless a bot somehow was thought of as less social stigmatic than porn or sex…and that seems rather unlikely.

If every other man has a bot then a lot of women are going to start wondering why the hell he’s preferring a robot over a human.

I honestly don’t think I would trust it. My voice and words going into some database – I know this happens now with what I write and visit but with my voice it’s far spookier. Plus anyone at the other end could start manipulating me through the bot, even killing me if I say the wrong thing.

Call me paranoid but it’s no wonder today really, is it.
