    … at the dentist’s office this morning around 11:00 AM

    As I was sitting in dentist chair waiting for my appointment,
    I overheard two female dental assistants talking in the doorway.
    One said to the other “so, how was your weekend?”
    the other replied “I told my boyfriend he’s one step away from needing Tinder.”

    that’s all I heard and whatever she meant by that I don’t really know …
    nevertheless, I thought hearing that conversation was kind of interesting 🙂

    One step away from needing Tender means she was about to break it off after one more perceived or imagined slight. Also as said above, she has another c~~~ she’s using or about to use.
