Yes you read it right, this crazy bitch is actually proposing that any sexual encounter with a drunken woman should automatically be considered as rape.

Of course no mention of what actually classifies as drunk or what happens if some heifer takes advantage of a drunken man, nor is there any responsibility being placed on the little darlings to not get drunk in the first place.

I suppose one good thing is that if implemented this will certainly hasten the growth of MGTOW.

I don’t think rape is a good thing at all – it’s a terrible TERRIBLE thing.

But this is just a ridiculous suggestion.

The “nightclub culture” will be totally screwed – a lot of it is driven by guys and girls wanting to meet in bars and get nasty.  But then what about “buyers remorse” – that guy was crap so I will say he raped me.  And ruin his life.

Guys will stay at home, drinking with buddies, whilst the girls go out to strangely empty clubs and bars because it will be FAR too dangerous for guys to go out and meet girls on a Saturday night.  Of course, what about MEN getting raped?  Isn’t THAT sexist to consider only FEMALE LAW?

There has been a trend world wide recently though for laws that make men potential targets and criminals for  just being men, the case in New York where 2 men were arrested for “Man Spreading” what kind of stupid law is that? In Australia it is the same there have been situations where innocent men have been victimized in various ways but stupid females, one woman recently said she was raped at knife point by 3 teens, turns out she made it up after the 3 teens images were published in the newspaper!

But that’s fine go ahead and push that law through as mentioned above men will stay the hell away from women and probably pubs and clubs as well, prostitution will thrive, families will become virtually extinct as the marriage rate drops to even lower numbers, among hetrosexuals anyway.

It should be required that women take a breathalyzer test before having sex. And legally modify the law so that in the absence of a breathalyzer being available, she should just blow on the c~~~ in front of her. Not only is the law not remotely equal, it’s completely unenforceable.  You would need to administer the breathalyzer right before having sex to confirm that she actually was intoxicated.  But if we’re going to go with something like this., if this really is what you believe, that women can’t make rational decisions while drunk and can’t be accountable for their actions (but men can), then why are women allowed to drink alcohol at all?

What she is saying is that a drunk woman should be treated as a minor.  Ok fine, give her all the other rights that come with being a minor.  NO smoking, no drinking, etc.

Here’s a lesson in legal reasoning and logic for her as opposed to her scientifically proven gender bias:

– The accused should know that the complainant is drunk and not consenting from observation and without a blood test.

– The prosecution can not tell whether the complainant is drunk and did not consent from observation so it needs a blood test.

The above two points in themselves are reasonable doubt. Assuming the prosecution is a ‘reasonable person’ (hah), they are evidence that the complainant was neither intentional nor reckless as to whether or not she was consenting. Therefore, no case to answer.

This is only made possible by female hatred of men and white knights.
