I was just in a BF4 game and this s~~~ stain ASCII12 was at 50-2 within the first 2 minutes of the game…The next closest only had 11 kills on either side…I have been online gaming for YEARS…and have never even THOUGHT about downloading a hack or a cheat..sure I look stuff up to help me get better, or look at walkthru to help me get unstuck in a single player game…but I f~~~ing DETEST these f~~~ing cheating s~~~ stains…makes me want to never play an online game ever again…and I love them…just really sucks, whats your thoughts??

Men are at a time when panning for gold in a urinal has a higher probability of success than finding a faithful and loving woman, it is time to go your own way.....

Now you know how I feel about lawmakers and politicians that never worked a day in their lives, I should say not a day in their collective lives…

I admit i have used hacks.
I was 5 year old at that time and the guy next to me in the internet cafe showed me how.
I had no notion of fairness back then.

It’s not even fun when you win and you know you cheated.

Unfortunately online is absolutely full of losers. Only going to get worse.

That’s why I only play with tight knit communities. People know each other enough to trust that they won’t cheat.

    Never used hacks either.

I haven’t had too many hack problems; perhaps I’m just lucky considering all the porn I download. My dad gets his computer zapped with Ransom ware a few times and it’s not pleasant to bail his PC out of it. It takes all day. The only times I ever been hacked is my Hotmail account, and one of which was like a few months ago, and my eBay account was showing some signs of suspicion, and I think it was a guy in Ohio who I had to return his junk PSU. As far as video games go, I have never once been hacked. Then again, I’m not all that out there in the video game online world like I am with the PC.

TL,DR: It is an old saying, that even if you are paranoid, it is not sure they do not want to catch you.

I do not know much about online multiplayer games, my big workstation that i sometimes game on is totally offline, always was and always will be. I use a laptop of the office PC to connect internet. Check twice what I put on the USB stick, and have antivirus and firewall on both. On the firewall, I set it to block things I do not know, and set known things to “only outbound” connections or “web browser” profile. Web browser is set to permanent private browsing, ad blocker, third party cookies blocked, and most of cookies too. And have 3 ciphered backups as disconnected USB HDDs, at 3 different physical locations. Never had any problems that I could not solve somehow. For now I couldn’t get rid of the typical operating system, I need it for work stuff, but trying hard to make my settings safer.

And you need a “firewall” in your offline life, too. It means, tell people any information only on a need-to-know basis, leave minimal area for a future attack. I am writing that here openly and friendly, and it seems paradox, but one’s close acquaintances can be a lot more of a danger than far away people on internet who may read it. Always decide of any information you share online or offline, if it can be like a knife stabbed in your back in the future.

Why I stick to offline, singleplayer gaming

I’ve never actually met online modders and hackers, surprisingly. But I do mod single-player games like Dragon Age and Skyrim from time to time.

During my blue-pill years, I used to hack OkCupid to see who liked my profile without paying for the stupid upgrade. Now, even that wasn’t worth looking into.

My eBay account got hacked today; that’s twice in the past month. I have an idea that it’s the guy who I sent back the worthless PSU I bought from him for my computer build project. It’s funny how I’m having all this trouble with my eBay account since returning it and with all the hostile emails he sent me.

Ever since I’ve seen people cheat with aimbots, it isn’t fun to play MMO’s. So I stick with singleplayer games, mostly. For the web, I use AdBlock (and judiciously allowed certain sites, like this one), and Ghostery, I think I’m safe from the worst. But never say never. So, I always view the computer I use as disposable, and thinking of it as ‘pre’junk’ so if it turns to brick, I am not going to be disappointed. And I can always get a new computer and download things from my accounts on the web.
