Lately i have had legal issues with my visa, parents complaining about me being single, sister being a bitch because she is a beached-whale that wants had a nice-guy botfriend and left him for a one night stand, only to regret it. Bitches on facebook sipping on starbucks like stupid drones. I’m done, f~~~ this, i dont care anymore. I’m gonna “ghost” out of social media for a week, just so i can get my head straight. Anybody done this before? Any tips? Ill be checking this a week from now.

    While ghosting, have enough money.

Some of us have opted out of social media altogether. It’s surprising how much time and mental energy you will feel you have now that all those things are not clammoring for your attention.

Live your life for yourself for a few weeks and I’ll be surprised if you go back.

I deleted my facebook account a few years ago.  Never missed it.  The only “social media”, which the exception of TV or radio, I use is this website.  However I plan to GMOW from it eventually too.

    I had little difficultly leaving.

One interesting exercise to practice if you are shutting down an account is this:

Send a wall post stating you are leaving facebook/twitter/etc. in 48 hrs or so and for your friends to pm their phone numbers to you so you can keep in touch.  Then you will see how “friends” you really have.  Interesting exercise.

All of my facebook friends were people I knew from real life… so when I went dark I waited to see if anyone would notice and a month later, only three people had reached out to me by phone or email. So there you go!

You really want to see who your friends are, send them a hand written letter with a printed photo of the two of you together and see who writes back.

    Hint: prepare to be lonely

This grass is greener on the other side nice guy !
Going your own way may or may not include social media, but personally got rid of it awhile back. Facebook also was one of things that made me realize that I had an “internet addiction”. It consumed so much of my time, energy and emotions, it wasn’t funny. Social media has a way of reinforcing ideas, emotions and social stigmas that we perceive, if even subconsciously.

You only have to live up to your own expectations, and most have a hard time defining what our expectations of ourselves really are. This becomes even more clouded when you take other’s into account and let that control you.

Find your balance, find your peace.

My last and final post on FB

To all my family and friends. I have decided to OPT OUT of S~~~ book. If you care to keep in contact with me there are other means.
    Email – gus.t@aol.com (yes I went there)
I will text friends and family when I get another cell phone, a NON smart phone. A fond farewell to the s~~~tiest and most annoying thing on the internet. By tomorrow night I will no longer be on here, have fun people! I recommend doing this, why? You will see who your true friends really are.
    Disconnection in minus -24hrs.

Good luck, Phil. Now go outside and get some fresh air and talk to the people you meet at the places you were going to go anyway.

Stick to this and I promise you’ll be a happier, healthier man.

I think this is something we should all encourage more of. Even if you are a fb user, you have to see the value of what Phil just did. I been ghost for almost two years ! Man did getting rid of that thing take such a burden off my shoulders and see things in a new light.

i do see value in it for some with business interests but besides its just pop culture garbage. Also a social engineering tool.

Again, find your balance find your peace !

Though it may be a spelling error, I like the term “Botfriend”! A boyfriend who obeys orders like a robot!

The Children of Doom... Doom's Children. They told my lord the way to the Mountain of Power. They told him to throw down his sword and return to the Earth... Ha! Time enough for the Earth in the grave.

Getting rid of facebook is one of the best things I have done. A lot less stress now. If people want to contact me, it’s not that hard to find me. I am just a phone call away.

Phil just graduated from MGTOW University with f~~~ing honors. We have to create a MGTOW diploma for this. I’m serious. Do it without any announcement delete all your content and just leave your blank avatar with your name next to it… and you will receive a MGTOW doctorate. Just freak everyone out…. POOF! Gone. But your name and blank avatar will still be there, nagging them constantly: “do you know Phil?”. Awesome.

Leave this as your profile picture…..as your final “LIKE!”

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Love it. Can I get one back dated to the day I left Fb too?

Guys, we’ve all got to dump all forms of social media. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest… have a business account if you must but ditch your personal accounts without explanation. Abandon ship! I almost want to sign up again just so I can ditch it again!!

I had the same thought doc. Except mine was to go on just to delete everything and put key’s little picture up as my profile pic. So when people wonder: ” what ever happened to so and so”, they do the first thing most people I this day and age do and put my name into the search button. All that will come up is that picture… Lol maybe something like: ” RIP Society”,  or even just ” go f~~~ yourself ” ….

Honestly I didn’t even care enough to flip them off on the way out but let’s not split hairs here… what’s important is that we leave the females and manginas to beg and starve for the very same attention they used to shame us for feeding to them.

What’s that “giant sucking sound”? It’s millions of females desperately trying to prop each other up in a vacuum of male attention.

About 2 years ago I began rarely posting to facebook. Many of the people I added as a friend were people I knew from anime cons, who liked the same stuff as me, or were suggested as friends and sadly many of those types of people, especially the anime con people have the social justice warrior, feminist, and political correct attitudes so naturally me posting stuff ripping on the government and offensive stuff made them un interested. Plus I love DC comics and often criticize the way Marvel does a lot of things post 2008 and since Marvel is the cool thing for social justice warriors they don’t like it when I call Marvel out lol. SO naturally adding all of these things up I started to get pretty much no likes on my posts. I have my real life friends on there but they don’t often like my stuff either because they aren’t into that stuff as much as me or they don’t use facebook much either. I do use google+ a lot and there are a lot of cool people on there too. Saem with instagram. I have met a lot of cool people that love DC comics, video games, and hate feminists.
