Would it be illegal for the ex-husband to offer that same six figure amount to the wife of the judge that made this order, in exchange for the wife going to court and divorcing the judge, taking the judge to the cleaners, with the payment being only after the judge has lost everything and their divorce is legally finalized?

People ask me why I look so young, am happy all the time and have so many fun toys to play with. I tell them “I got a vasectomy when I was young so I never got a girl pregnant and I never got married. Plus I don’t give a s~~~ what people think about me.”

That’s really all there is to it.

    Final Decree
    Always get a final decree.

So another lazy woman, who didn’t take steps to take care of herself financially, .
The government is probably refusing to support her ass now, so they go back to an individual man who made good with his life and transferred a parasite he got rid of 25 years earlier back to him.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

I didn’t know about this ‘final decree’;thank you for pointing it out.
I suppose at child one, two, or three, it never occurred to her to say, “Gee, Honey, maybe we can’t afford another, I’ll go on the pill.” Her choice.

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

Well that would defeat the purpose of entrapment.

Thank you. Though, for good comedy, one would need someone that has experience in writing court room based stories.

Lately my lawyer told me to pass on divorce…she will never divorce you and go get snipped and go f~~~ all the c~~~ I want.

Now way man! You never know what type of wealth you may accumulate later and trust me she will make the move you should’ve made. For each day/month/year you wait you are cashing out on the time you borrowed years ago and soon to have none left. Time and freedom are the best assets you can have, but you’re kicking the can up the street on both.

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

Hiding money is easy. I’m not saying its legal (everywhere), but its easy. I think as a married man you have to have a ‘Disaster Strategy”. Put a plan in place to either prepare to initiate, or incase divorce is initiated. Chances are, if you are here, it isn’t far off. Women really don’t like the taste of the red pill.

Oh man, I am sad to read this. I was following this story many months ago and was hoping the courts would do the right thing. Instead they show their bias.

He drops the trollop and goes on to be successful (no coincidence). Now she comes looking for a payday.

Granted he didn’t finalize his divorce (learn from his mistake gents!), but who would have thought she could reach forward 25 years after the split and take his assets.

The equitable thing would have been to examine what $ he had back then (next to nothing) and give her a payout of a few hundred quid.

Women and the courts are a plague of locusts.

Yeah its crazy to focus on your career and rentals knowing she’s entitled to half. Might as well just cut the strings asap and have the most time possible to rebuild between now and retirement.

Not to mention that this line of thought can catch you coming and going i.e.
“well that last one was a horror, surely they can’t all be that bad……and then
This one is so perfect, surely she’s different.

The whole pile of bulls~~~ boils down to the judge wanting to get another c~~~ with four screaming brats off the public pay role. He figured her ex could afford to pick up the tab.

One justice, Lord Wilson, said Ms Wyatt’s claim was “legally recognisable” and not an “abuse of process”. He said she had been unwise to pitch her claim at £1.9 million, adding that an award approaching that size was “out of the question”. But he said justices thought that there was a “real prospect” that she would get a “comparatively modest award” – perhaps enough to buy a mortgage-free house. Lord Wilson said Ms Wyatt was in poor health and lives in a “modest house” in Monmouth. He said she sometimes has low-paid jobs, and at other times she “gets by” on state benefits. Lord Wilson said Mr Vince, of Stroud, Gloucestershire, was a “remarkable man”.
