I am starting to think that Journalists are using a language that is very similar to English but is different in that certain words mean the exact opposite of what they mean in English. I usually think of stunning as meaning “Beautiful” or “Visually Striking” but this writer means “Old Hag with liver spots and lumpy body” Sorry I get it now. Here “stunning” means “stunned” as in after looking at Goldie Hawn in a bikini I was stunned and disorientated.

Some people stay together because it is easier for them. Even if it is not love, it is just that they work well together and they do not drive each other crazy.

Here’s one from this week – a female social worker had a boy taken off a mother because she refused him an ice cream, meaning the mother failed to meet her son’s ’emotional needs’.

The boy has been returned after a court ruling.

I’m not sure which is more disturbing, that the feminisation of the world is in full swing where everything concerns how one ‘feels’, or that UK social workers have so much power, they can make such judgements and back them up with action in the first place.

If you love your children, don’t give birth to them.

I don’t have kids and I AM GLAD. It is very worrisome the way the state is involved in our lives these days and it gets worse when you have the rug rats.
