If the law choose to ignore or overlook the question of duress, than duress is not a legal issue.
Remember, legal is not the same as moral.

Although it’s especially funny to see women continue their cognitive dissonance that marriage is oppressive to women, and men are thirsty and desperate for a woman, and women have always been forced into marriage and how awful that is. Clearly when women have a choice, they have no qualms forcing men into marriage and don’t feel the tiniest bit put off that he doesn’t want her. Men are in fact even more sensitive to that, men do not want to marry a woman that does not desire it. Most men are blue pill and would never want to force themselves on an unwilling female. Especially Indian men, that is a very blue pill country.
No woman should ever be allowed to pretend she isn’t horny and desperate for marriage, and that marriage benefits women and oppressed men.

If voting and the will of the people meant something, we would never get taxes, they would never have tried SOPA, Obamacare probably couldn’t have been rammed through, TARP would not have happened, and none of the rounds of QE and Twist, Net Neutrality repeals wouldn’t have happened, etc. etc.
Truth is votes don’t matter. The elites will do whatever they want.
And guess who the elites are? Yes there are some women amongst them, but only serving at the pleasure of and jumping to the tune of the elite men that run anything. And below them, the enforcement dogs, virtually all men, in various police forces, law enforcement and bureaucracy.
Do not make the mistake to think women are your oppressors. It has always been, and always will be, the State, as enforced by men. Women are just useful idiots, and a buffer. The most effective buffer the elites have figured out thus far. They have tried slavery, feudalism, industrial capitalism, and every other system they could think of to control the masses. And it would always eventually fail as men would get fed up and revolt when the greed became too much.
But finally, with corporate oligarchy, they have a modern wage slave system where men WILL NOT ever revolt. As men think women are their enemy and oppressors, and men will never fight women. The most that will ever happen is MGTOW, but we will always be a minority and frankly we were always impossible to enslave, so we are just “slippage” in their models. This was what Marx had always envisioned, the end of class revolts, the Haute bourgeoisie and aristocracy secure in their place for all eternity. People always talk about their fear of Socialism/Marxism, as if it didn’t already arrive, and if we aren’t already trapped.
My apologies for this becoming a bit of a rant, as the kids say these days. But I think it rather important to understand this, although I could be wrong, in which case I’d rather know why I’m wrong.

Actually, many people on this forum have pointed out that empires fall when the gynocentrism becomes the law.
What they do not mention is usually such collapses involve revolts.
India right now have several problems. The top one is their government destroyed the India currency.
Depending on how India collapses, these force marriages issue will be dealt with one way or another.

No I’m glad you pointed this out, though I believe that the truth is a bit more in the middle. I was more or less referring to the laws such as No fault Divorce and the like. Trust me, I believe we live in an Oligarchy that enforces Gynocentrism on the Masses to make them week and control them.
But they only managed to gain Said control in Western Countries after giving Women the vote. You can almost trace a perfect line concerning the increase in Leftist Regulations alongside the empowerment of Women.
The Elites simply want to enslave Red Pilled Men bc they are strong, and manipulate Women by offering them “Equal Status” alongside of Men without footing the bill. But it is still a Gynocracy and one where voting has somewhat of an effect.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. I think as MGTOW it’s important to keep this in mind. Many people here have been hurt by women, but that’s because the women were enabled by the elites who rule them. Give unlimited power to barely rational creatures and what else would you expect?

I don’t really understand where this, “You need a Woman to cook for you.” Nonsense came from. Nearly all of the Michelin rated Chefs in the World are men.
In fact they don’t even make the top ten

I think I understand it. The idea is that when you come home from a hard day of work, it’s an extra hassle to prepare a meal for yourself and clean up after it. Since your wife’s been sitting around on her ass all day, it’s the very least she could do to show her appreciation for the fact that you go to work every day to pay the bills.
But women have never been better cooks than men, and now that they can’t even do that, sex really is the only thing they have to offer.
