He sues her for 7 million dollars for lying about druging and raping her and for almost ruining his career.

“She has mounted a false and vicious media campaign to vilify Mr. Winston with the objective of getting him to pay her to go away,” states the Heisman Trophy winner’s lawsuit. “Ms. Kinsman is motivated by the most insidious objectives — greed.”

I hope he get her back, not just for himself but also for the countless other men who are being falsely accused of rape who get their reputation tarnished for no good reason. I hope this goes down in history and that judges will use this case in future court resolutions.

I don’t know why he wasn’t expelled. With the new codes of conduct forced upon universities by the Title 9 enforcers at the Dept of Education.

Men today on campus are one accusation away from being expelled and having their record permanently marked as a rapist for his entire academic career and life.

There is no due process there is no fact finding. If the girl feels raped then she has been raped and boys falsely accused really will learn a good lesson from this on how to treat women…cough, cough.

I think the republican position on this is in and they favor a police investigation with real investigators, rules of evidence…la la la.

Hopefully with, I just almost lost the election due to false sex charges, Trump getting elected this rape hysteria will stop and the social justice warriors will have their movement grind to a halt by cooler heads.
