How you doing folks? Good to be here. I’ve recently split up with my probably my last Brazilian girlfriend. It was a very stressful relationship, with more arguments and things being thrown around the room than I could handle – par for the course here in Brazil. I’ve lived in Rio de Janeiro for 13 years and during that time I’ve hooked up with some really nice looking (but very unhinged) ladies, been married and divorced and had a few long term relatiionships. After my last break up I kinda lost interest in the whole girlfriend – fiancée – wife thing. I thought I was more or less alone feeling the way I do and admit that it was kinda getting me down. Good to know that there are others like me around the world ready to focus on making themselves happy and leaving the ladies to sort themselves out. Many believe that they just don’t need men anymore.

Brazilian women are no different to women elsewhere in the world – probably worse when it comes to dramatic break ups. The Brazilian laws also favor women. A divorcee can get her ex-husband a suspended sentence or some jail time just by going to the police and making any lie that comes to mind. The relationships out here are tempestuous at best, I’ve had numerous crazy relationships that have left me out of pocket and wishing I had never started them in the first place and I’m sitting here thinking why should I even bother trying to find Mrs Right? Surely I’m better off just looking after myself and concentrating on whatever it is that makes me happy. I won’t apologize for my late reply because that’s sth that blue pillers do hehehe
