    If I took an unpaid FMLA leave of absence from my current job and found a new job while still on FMLA with the current… Would anything bad happen to me legally? *hypothetically* asking because I am considering it. And it would be sweet to collect my PTO I accrued before finally quitting. I also find working two jobs to be exhausting so I don’t want to do it.

    You’d get your PTO but wouldn’t you not get paid for the FMLA?
