Been mildly watching this mess with General Flynn and how he is being railroaded, I’m still not sure what he has been accused of. It seems he was interviewed and tricked into not having a lawyer, just three days after the President took office. The whole thing seems to be a mission to get Trump and protect Hillary.

The man has been bankrupted, destroyed, lost his home and reputation. I don’t know how General Flynn’s son comes into play but it’s been suggested that Flynn was told to plead guilty or we go after your son. Another reason not to have kids, they can and will be used against you either by the government, the mother, or both.

Long story short, the Judge in the case is not tolerating the BS. The Judge knows that the perjury crime is fake and he tried to get Flynn recant his confession. When Flynn refused to do so the Judge got upset and he postponed the sentencing for three months to give Flynn time to think on his options.

The problem is because of all the secrecy there is no justice to be found.

Everyone knows that Flynn is being blackmail by the Mueller probe that if he did not confess to the entrapped process crime of perjury that his family will be targets and Flynn is to scared to make the accusation.

Since there is no direct evidence, and the government refuses to turn over evidence after the Judge ordered them to do so, the Judge has no direct basis to throw out the case, unless Flynn retracts his confession and states what is going on in court, in front of the Judge. The Judge knows that even through he will keep his career, but if he goes through the motions and accepts the confession, no matter what happens to Flynn, if Flynn goes to prison, or Flynn is pardoned, either way the Judge’s reputation will be destroyed in this mess. So, the Judge refuses to play ball in this corrupt case.

At this point, the Judge cannot even leave the case for another judge to replace him because doing even that will likely taint his reputation.

The Mueller probe would be happy to drag this out until everyone in the Trump Administration is bankrupt and in prison for life due to “process crimes”.

This all shows the major flaw in the justice system in the U.S. The U.S. justice system was designed to work with open chains of evidence. When that evidence is denied the court system grinds to a halt.

Eventually, something in the situation will give way and when that happens what happens will not be pretty.

When Clinton became president he fired every attorney in the government and replaced them with his pawns. Then they loaded up the entire courts and government with Clintonites. Not sure what the hell Trump is doing, but he has hired only women and anti-Trumpers, and has fired all his loyalists. I am not sure what the thinking is on this, but I am actually starting to believe Trump is not even aware that he is the president: the chief law enforcement officer in the country.

Flynn was the beginning of the dominoes that showed the entire Deep State that Trump is spineless and can be manhandled easily. When Trump caved on Flynn so easily, it became a shark-fest after him from that exact point. I think even the democrats were amazed, since they had up until that point been frightened that they were all for sure going to jail for treason.

Sandals, Pres Trump and his administration has been dealing with a ongoing coup attempt by the bureaucracy, the courts, media, corporations, foreign governments, and political officials, even to the point the never-Trumpers in the House of Congress handed the House of Congress back to the democrats in 2018. A conspiracy so large and expansive that it might be historic in size.

You admit the government institutions are corrupt to the core, yet you call Pres Trump names because so many things have gone against him. Make up your mind.

It’s not necessarily helpful to say, but I think the level of corruption is so high, that most of them don’t even realize that they are corrupt. The political process anyone has to go through to get to a level of power corrupts virtually everyone. They break the law because they know political allegiances will protect them. They protect each other, because they know outsiders will be taken down with false charges or technicalities that everyone gets a way with all the time.

This is not just democrats but republicans too. Meeting your campaign goals will do nothing for you, since it doesn’t protect you from political attacks. I’d like to blame this on voters, but the politics is so deep and complex it’s impossible for almost all voters to really know what’s going on. And we’re only give 2 options when we vote, both of them bad every time.

Trump was the closet thing to an exception that we’re likely to see. He’s had his own brand of politics he developed in business and entertainment, but he’s still an outsider that they cannot accept.

Flynn, is just one tiny pawn in this huge mess. No matter what happens, it will be forgotten in the next news cycle. And this will go on as normal, just a different flavor, till it eventually collapses.

Ok. Then do it.

2 + 2 = 4 is another fact that everyone here knows as well. I haven’t been on here in a while, but I wasn’t living under a rock.

Did I call him a name? I called him the “Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the Country”. I did not mean that in a derogatory sense, and wasn’t aware it would be taken as such.

What’s that saying goes…? “If you were young and a never-trumper, you were as clueless as a libtard. If you are still a pro-trumper, you are a blind political zealot”.

Things change, Faust. Even Ann Coulter sees the forest for the trees. I want my nation back too… hell, I want my marriage back, but… it ain’t happening my man. The wall just ain’t happening. Fact is, the ship is sinking. I suggest making preparations and arrangements as necessary.
