I got my first taste of working in a gynocentric environment at the tender age of 16. I was working a fast food place in my home town after being forced by my grandmother to leave my previous job of working for my one uncle’s now non-existent business unloading doors and windows off of semis (he closed it down to go into law enforcement and because his venture capitalist-don’t worry it was a man-backed out). I was living with my grandparents because my mum’s second husband was a passive-aggressive, bi-polar, man-child, mangina and was beating the hell out of me (oh well, it made me tougher). All four members of the managerial staff were female and the franchise owner was female. The day manager was a drug-addicted, chain smoking, Gollum-toothed, divorced, smelly land-whale that my grandfather knew from playing bingo every week at the VFW. The store manager was separated and had a “Holier than Thou” attitude. The evening manager was a permanent rider of the c~~~ carousel. The morning manager was some withered and dried-up apple that I rarely ever saw. All four of them were either divorced, separated or never married. Every single one was the stereotypical “strong, independent woman.” I remember having to close one Saturday and the night/swing manager that lived on the c~~~ carousel hid in the office even after her paperwork was done instead of helping me finish cleaning the place. We were there until almost three in the morning thanks to her. I just outright told all of them that I wasn’t going to put up with whatever crap they were going to pull and that I deserved the same level of respect that the other people I worked with got (There were several other males, but I always seemed to get put on the shift where I was the only male on the clock). That didn’t sit well with them. I ended up getting fewer and fewer hours until I was laid off shortly after 9/11. Their reason for “laying me off?” According to the disgusting sack that knew my grandfather from bingo; I refused to fall in line, do what I was told, was rude, was disrespectful, confrontational, refused to work and told them I couldn’t work on any day ending in Y. I find that real convenient since that happened after I got sick of being treated like a work horse and told the management “team” (more like goon squad) that I refused to be treated in such a way and wasn’t going to put up with bulls~~~. Second time I worked for two female bosses and a crusty “White Knight” mangina and I was 19 or 20. Again, it started out just fine. Sure I messed up. I was the new guy and the FNG is always bound to screw up a couple of times. Again, it was a fast food franchise. After a while and we’d had a ton of people come in after me (mostly female). Some of them screwed up worse than I did. Did they get ripped like I did? No. I was the only young man in the joint that stuck up for myself. I got sick of the b.s. and outted everyone that was eating from the bins when no one was looking. I warned them I would. I let them know that if they wouldn’t play fair that I wouldn’t and that regulations like they violated would be reported every time. Following this there was an “anonymous” complaint against me for being “crass and rude” around female employees. The worst thing I ever did around a female employee was fart and chuckle to myself. When management asked me about it I told them my side and they said that they would have to write me up. Again, I told them that they were being unreasonable and showing favoritism and that I didn’t like it. What happened? Hours were cut down to only seven a week from almost thirty immediately. The scheduling manager even told us in the resulting meeting about respect for fellow employees that she hated people that messed with the status quo and that if she didn’t like you she would make sure you got the lowest number of hours possible. I handed my two weeks in that evening at the end of my shift and left their employ a fortnight later. Both times the females saw easier jobs, more favoritism, got away with pretty much whatever they wanted and the males were treated like crap unless they were the ass-kiss mangina types (which meant me and probably one other guy). Every other job I have had male bosses and they have ALL been logical, fair, balanced, mindful, firm-handed, treated everyone EQUALLY and didn’t take crap. Huge difference between my two fast food job experiences. They were definitely better and somewhat enjoyable experiences for sure. This is why I am writing and hope that if I never get published that I am able to get my business off of the ground one day. No more risk of bosses, I choose who works for me (male veterans-preferably MGTOWs because I know that I can trust them to do the work right the first time with the highest quality and accuracy within the shortest time possible) and I don’t have to worry about being fired or having to quit because of some t~~~ wanting to pull her Feminazi bullshkie!
If they've got tits or tires they ain't nothin' but trouble, lad.
great story pal!
it’s unbelievable how so many blue pill men can be blind to all the gynocentricism that exists in our society.
MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.
it’s unbelievable how so many blue pill men can be blind to all the gynocentricism that exists in our society.
Not only are they blind to it, they are actively enforcing it.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Yup, that chinese have an old saying, the nail that sticks up get hammered down.
dont be the nail sticking up.
The way to deal with feminists and gynocentric bosses is to not give a s~~~ and just work the bare minimum to scrape by at that job.
In the meantime, just try and find another job.
And please remember, a job is just a way to make money.YOU ARE NOT YOUR JOB.
YOU DONT OWE ANYTHING TO YOUR BOSSES OR SOCIETY.Did you ever see the movie fightclub?
Just dont give a s~~~ about your job and you dont get hurt.
Its sad, but working your ass off in a dead end job is just silly.- AuthorPosts
