There’s really no grounds at least in america to ban sex robots. They’re no different than sex toys, just larger. I can see the ban on child looking ones and i’m totally fine with that, but this isn’t going to go anywhere here in america.

At some point in the distant future when we have android walking amongst us with high end AI, personalities and very human feature there will be a constitutional debate on whether these should be given the same rights as humans. But for what we have right now and into the foreseeable future, sex robots are items that are property and are owned and used. This will go nowhere in the United States.
